Excellent location and convenient infrastructure The hotel is located in the very center: all the sights, restaurants, and cafes are just a stone's throw away. Nearby is a wonderful park and pleasant streets, perfect for strolling at any time. Cons: No minibar or room service The hotel has everything you need, but there's no minibar, and you can't order cola, juice, or ice to your room. However, there's a cafe on the ground floor where you can buy all of these items. Plus, across the street is a small market with fresh fruit and berries. Don't hesitate to book a room without breakfast. It's best to skip the hotel breakfast and avoid overpaying. There are dozens of cafes and restaurants nearby serving incredibly delicious syrniki, scrambled eggs, and other dishes. The prices are very reasonable (one might even say cheap). The selection is so varied that it's overwhelming. Bottom line: excellent value for money The hotel is wonderful, the surroundings are beautiful. I definitely recommend taking this room - the price/quality ratio is 100 points!

Location: 4 stars. It's a bit far from the most popular attractions, but it's convenient to get around by taxi when there's no traffic. There's an ARENA nearby where you can watch circus performances from Friday to Sunday, and there are some really good restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast: 4 stars. A high proportion of local food, which made it a bit hard to choose. Room: Good. We chose a room with two queen beds, which was quite spacious. Housekeeping: Good. They provided plenty of bottled water every day. Staff: Professional and all very good. Overall: Around 4.5 out of 5. It's a good value-for-money option if the price isn't too high.

Hi there ! We looked for apartment only for one last night in Armenia. Location was perfect (near central square , around 200m), ladie supported our moving was so kind to provide us early check in. Support during time of living is perfect, response for each request was very fast. The apartment was very cleaning , and there all inside for short anf long time spending. I very very recomend this place ! Many thanks , we have a reason to return to Armenia now !

The hotel is very big and can be said to be one of the best hotels in Yerevan or Armenia. The service is good and the stay is very comfortable. It is said that many celebrities stay here when they come to Yerevan.

We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2. Such a great shower and the front desk gave us complimentary wine along with some cheese and chocolates. Such a great stay

This is my second time at Spa Hotel Grace Forum Yerevan, and I absolutely love everything about it. From the friendly welcome to the range of services, it's all fantastic. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable. My first stay was in a Suite, but this time I had a standard room because the Suite wasn't available for my dates. Next time, I'll definitely book in advance because I really enjoyed that room. It truly feels like a home away from home. The staff are polite and hospitable. They'll wish you a good morning and a pleasant meal, help with your luggage, and wish you a good day or flight. Such attentive care is truly wonderful. The breakfasts are delicious and offer everything you could wish for. Sauna access is also included; you just need to book your preferred time at the reception, and you'll have it all to yourself – enjoy! If I'm ever in Yerevan, I'll only stay at Grace Forum. Just try it once, and you'll understand why! Thank you again to all the hotel staff; you're all amazing! Years pass, but the service remains at the same excellent standard. That's truly delightful!

The hotel has a beautiful building and a huge park with lovely grounds. There's a fantastic pool with a spa, sauna, and hammam. The staff were attentive and polite everywhere except the lobby bar. In our room, we encountered mold and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a couple of nights, but for the price, they really should fix the plumbing.

Very nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother

Это местный арбат пешеходный, тут есть всё, бредовые магазины, кафе, обмен валют, подарки, работает всё до поздна, есть кафе и подземные, еслр погода не очень, музыканты на улице, красиво и огоньками украшено. Большая квартира, всё аккуратно. Есть бассейн и спортзал на 10 и 11 этаже. Достаточно чисто. Есть все принадлежности в ванной, в том числе и зубные щётки, что большой плюс. Но в идеале добавить хотя бы губку для мытья посуды, когда на 1-2 дня приезжаешь, нет смысла и времени всё это покупать бегать, мы бы сами посуду помыли хорошенько, но не до поиска губки было. Есть стиральная машина и огромная раскладная сушилка, для большой семьи отлично. Единственное, если поздно заселяетесь, по возможности заранее свяжитесь с отелем, чтобы обсудить как войти в здание, чтобы не пришлось стоять у дверей в ночи. А сотрудникам рекомендация указать в ваучере отдельно номер для связи по вотсап. Когда из-за границы приезжаешь, связь через интернет обычно. В отеле есть завтраки и трансфер, но мы об этом информацию увидели только при выезде😅. В целом очень рекомендую этот аппарт-отель.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
