"Spacious and well-equipped room with everything needed. Was very warm in December with central heating blasting (can be turned off). Healthy things at the buffet breakfast. Kind and polite stuff too. Close to the tourist center. The only downside was the air in the area due to many car repair shops and private houses with wood heating. Opening a window meant letting all the smog into the room."

GGuest UserThe hotel was absolutely stunning! Everything was top-notch — from the elegant design to the perfect cleanliness. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and every detail felt luxurious. A special thanks to Joseph from the staff — he was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. He truly made our stay even better. Definitely one of the best and fanciest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, they treated us to wine upon check-in, the next day they allowed us to leave our luggage when we had already checked out of the room and went for a walk to the plane. The breakfast is standard - bread, cheese, cold meats, pancakes and some other pastries. There is a coffee machine and tables outside with ashtrays. The only downside is that it is quite far from the center, we went by taxi, because passers-by said that it was a long walk, it would be better to take a taxi or the metro.

OOMGitsJassyThis is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.

PProshaPleasant impressions after staying at this hotel! Attentive, friendly and helpful staff! The room is cleaned daily. Good breakfasts! The hammam, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were a lifesaver in rainy and cool weather. You can order food to your room, it’s very tasty and fast! There is a bar where they will prepare the most delicious oriental coffee or you can treat yourself to Armenian wine, the prices are reasonable! All at the highest level! The room has snow-white bed linen, towels and bathrobes with slippers, a very comfortable bed and pillows. Toiletries include a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo (no hair conditioner and no body cream), soap, cotton swabs, nail file and cotton pads - that's it! Overall a pleasant stay! Thanks to all the hotel staff!

GGuest UserVery nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother

风风筝爱旅行The waitress at the front desk is very friendly, especially warm, the house does not have a lift, the luggage may not let you go, the room is small, it is non-smoking. Just around the square, it is quite convenient to go anywhere.

GGuest UserVery large hotel. Very clean, friendly staff will to engage. Very professional and helpful Receptionist. It's a bit of a distance to down Town, but plenty of taxies, cheap and reliably. Did not use the spay or Pool. I would stay again when in Yaravan.

GGuest UserVery good location, apartments are in the house-building, I understand, in the Armenian style. Responsive staff - responded quickly to questions and requests. Booked, TK was late departure and in previous apartments there was no possibility to extend the stay. Matras, by the way, very good. There is even a small kitchen with microwave, perhaps even with the stove (to be honest, didn't remember).

DDinaВ целом неплохо, но очень тесный номер, мне кажется 20 м это побольше. Особенно сложно в ванной с учётом того, что все двери открываются вовнутрь. В бассейне нет никого из персонала, в сауне температура 55-60 градусов, что расстроило. В целом с учётом цены на данном сайте я довольна, а так отель конечно переоценен. Мы не брали завтрак, но зашли посмотреть. Вроде и все есть, но выбор скромный. Завтракали рядом в заведениях. Если будет адекватная цена, еще вернемся из-за расположения
