Mountain View Hotels in Yerevan

The hotel is very big and can be said to be one of the best hotels in Yerevan or Armenia. The service is good and the stay is very comfortable. It is said that many celebrities stay here when they come to Yerevan.

The staff were very polite and responsive. The room was clean, but there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or razors (you have to ask for them at the reception). The room also lacked the advertised tea table, and on the 3rd and 4th days, no tea and coffee sachets were provided (they probably saw that we already had our own tea). The towels were not changed once in 4 days (they probably thought we were very clean). The hairdryer was broken, and we had to ask for a replacement. The rooms don't have balconies. Breakfasts were monotonous. What was good: the view of Mount Ararat from the window, and a beautiful and convenient entrance area and lobby. The circus, which we visited, is nearby. The service is two-star quality.

Fresh, stylish apartments in the city center, convenient location, near the airport, near everything is. Self-registration check-in is simple and clear. Let's leave 2 hours later, for which a separate thanksgiving. Not bad, and the location is super convenient! LOL, there are people from all over the world, and they're all very friendly. You can basically walk to most of the city's attractions, and it's right next to Republic Square.

Идеальная чистота, удобные кровати, дружелюбный персонал - что ещё нужно для отдыха в отеле? Расположение - топ, в самом центре, всё рядом. Единственное, что не все такси знают этот отель, если встречаете такси - лучше выйти из арки. Завтраки хорошие, все продукты свежайшие и качественные. И главная изюминка отеля - вид с террасы 15 этажа. Кофе с видом на Арарат - лучшее начало дня.

Pros: 1) large area 2) amazing view from the window 3) a nice terrace where you can sit in the fresh air. Minuses: 1) Can’t pick up WiFI in the bedroom 2) There are no accessories for brushing teeth, apparently because this is not a hotel 3) The elevator shaft was behind the bedroom wall and the elevator mechanism was loudly heard all night, I had to sleep on the sofa. 4) When I checked in, they said the roof was undergoing repairs. But it turned out there was a full-fledged construction going on there with perforation, demolition of structures and construction of new ones. It was impossible to listen to the sound of a hammer drill all day and demolishing walls; even the sofa and table vibrated. The work has just begun, so I highly recommend the 12th floor in the near future (unless of course you come just to sleep).

This is my second time at Spa Hotel Grace Forum Yerevan, and I absolutely love everything about it. From the friendly welcome to the range of services, it's all fantastic. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable. My first stay was in a Suite, but this time I had a standard room because the Suite wasn't available for my dates. Next time, I'll definitely book in advance because I really enjoyed that room. It truly feels like a home away from home. The staff are polite and hospitable. They'll wish you a good morning and a pleasant meal, help with your luggage, and wish you a good day or flight. Such attentive care is truly wonderful. The breakfasts are delicious and offer everything you could wish for. Sauna access is also included; you just need to book your preferred time at the reception, and you'll have it all to yourself – enjoy! If I'm ever in Yerevan, I'll only stay at Grace Forum. Just try it once, and you'll understand why! Thank you again to all the hotel staff; you're all amazing! Years pass, but the service remains at the same excellent standard. That's truly delightful!

The hotel has a beautiful building and a huge park with lovely grounds. There's a fantastic pool with a spa, sauna, and hammam. The staff were attentive and polite everywhere except the lobby bar. In our room, we encountered mold and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a couple of nights, but for the price, they really should fix the plumbing.

Very nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother

Это местный арбат пешеходный, тут есть всё, бредовые магазины, кафе, обмен валют, подарки, работает всё до поздна, есть кафе и подземные, еслр погода не очень, музыканты на улице, красиво и огоньками украшено. Большая квартира, всё аккуратно. Есть бассейн и спортзал на 10 и 11 этаже. Достаточно чисто. Есть все принадлежности в ванной, в том числе и зубные щётки, что большой плюс. Но в идеале добавить хотя бы губку для мытья посуды, когда на 1-2 дня приезжаешь, нет смысла и времени всё это покупать бегать, мы бы сами посуду помыли хорошенько, но не до поиска губки было. Есть стиральная машина и огромная раскладная сушилка, для большой семьи отлично. Единственное, если поздно заселяетесь, по возможности заранее свяжитесь с отелем, чтобы обсудить как войти в здание, чтобы не пришлось стоять у дверей в ночи. А сотрудникам рекомендация указать в ваучере отдельно номер для связи по вотсап. Когда из-за границы приезжаешь, связь через интернет обычно. В отеле есть завтраки и трансфер, но мы об этом информацию увидели только при выезде😅. В целом очень рекомендую этот аппарт-отель.
