The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and every detail felt luxurious. A special thanks to Joseph from the staff — he was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. He truly made our stay even better. Definitely one of the best and fanciest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

SSveDModern hotel, with good cuisine (buffet) and stunning views of Yerevan. The metro is 20 minutes from the hotel, but it is quite quiet. By taxi Yandex go for 1000 drams (250 rubles), you can get to the train station. The staff is very polite and always ready to help 🤗, there is a spa center - a swimming pool and 2 saunas, you can enjoy by appointment. The room has bath accessories, a bathrobe slippers, a kettle, coffee and tea. The water pressure is good even on the 5th floor.
Another nice bonus, when checking in you are treated to a glass of Armenian wine, just right after the road 🍀

GGuest UserLocated between 2 Metro Stations, accessible by walk from both. 24 hours running shops are easily found nearby. Room shape is a bit strange but it is very clean and comfortable, shower is strong enough and central heating system works well, bed is comfy, breakfast quality is superb and quite satisfactory, I liked the peach and apricot juice very much.

GGuest UserA wonderful hotel, not far from the center of Yerevan. The staff is very responsive, when help was needed, they not only explained, but did everything they could and really helped! Delicious breakfasts, cookies and fruits in the lobby. I would like to separately note the pool, jacuzzi and hamam. There is a beauty salon and spa area, a gym, restaurants and cafes. I definitely recommend it

PProshaPleasant impressions after staying at this hotel! Attentive, friendly and helpful staff! The room is cleaned daily. Good breakfasts! The hammam, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were a lifesaver in rainy and cool weather. You can order food to your room, it’s very tasty and fast! There is a bar where they will prepare the most delicious oriental coffee or you can treat yourself to Armenian wine, the prices are reasonable! All at the highest level! The room has snow-white bed linen, towels and bathrobes with slippers, a very comfortable bed and pillows. Toiletries include a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo (no hair conditioner and no body cream), soap, cotton swabs, nail file and cotton pads - that's it! Overall a pleasant stay! Thanks to all the hotel staff!

ЮЮлия СтепИдеальная чистота, удобные кровати, дружелюбный персонал - что ещё нужно для отдыха в отеле? Расположение - топ, в самом центре, всё рядом. Единственное, что не все такси знают этот отель, если встречаете такси - лучше выйти из арки. Завтраки хорошие, все продукты свежайшие и качественные.
И главная изюминка отеля - вид с террасы 15 этажа. Кофе с видом на Арарат - лучшее начало дня.

GGuest UserVery nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother

GGuest UserVery large hotel. Very clean, friendly staff will to engage. Very professional and helpful Receptionist. It's a bit of a distance to down Town, but plenty of taxies, cheap and reliably. Did not use the spay or Pool. I would stay again when in Yaravan.

GGuest UserVery good location, apartments are in the house-building, I understand, in the Armenian style. Responsive staff - responded quickly to questions and requests. Booked, TK was late departure and in previous apartments there was no possibility to extend the stay. Matras, by the way, very good. There is even a small kitchen with microwave, perhaps even with the stove (to be honest, didn't remember).

DDinaВ целом неплохо, но очень тесный номер, мне кажется 20 м это побольше. Особенно сложно в ванной с учётом того, что все двери открываются вовнутрь. В бассейне нет никого из персонала, в сауне температура 55-60 градусов, что расстроило. В целом с учётом цены на данном сайте я довольна, а так отель конечно переоценен. Мы не брали завтрак, но зашли посмотреть. Вроде и все есть, но выбор скромный. Завтракали рядом в заведениях. Если будет адекватная цена, еще вернемся из-за расположения
