"The location of the hotel is good, close to the center. The room is large comfortable, with the balcony, quiet, quiet. The only inconvenience that you need to go down the ladder with a suitcase and climb respectively to the entrance on the road. Breakfast is delicious, eggs, cheeses, sausages, acid milk products,at my request even the cereal was cooked. But here coffee is only soluble."

Amazing hotel for the value. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are great, everything is clean and feels very modern. The spa facilities are very cosy and conveniently placed in one room, so it's possible to easily shuffle between them. The mountains view from the window is an icing on the cake. It's on par with top hotels in the center but for a much lower price.

We are a family of road trippers and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We were checked in immediately upon arrival at 10:00 AM. Parking is available right next to the hotel. The rooms are new, excellently equipped, with a comfortable bed, and a sofa bed was made up for our child. Breakfast is a buffet with a great selection. We highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in a standard room with a pool view. Pros: - The bed was very large and comfortable. - Daily housekeeping with towel changes and replenishment of water/tea/coffee. - The room had all necessary toiletries. Cons: - The bathroom had NO HOOKS and NO SHELVES AT ALL. Where are you supposed to hang towels or put shampoo and toothbrushes? It's baffling. Also, there's no extractor fan or clothes dryer in the bathroom. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue. - The staff wasn't particularly friendly, and it was difficult to reach the reception from the room; they just didn't answer the phone. During my stay (late May), the outdoor pool was closed because it was ”too cold” and not heated. The indoor pool was quite comfortable and had a small jacuzzi. The breakfasts were tasty but repetitive. You could order an omelet with any vegetable filling from the chef.

This hotel was excellent! Both the service and cleanliness were top-notch, and my kids and I were very satisfied. We stayed for four consecutive days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's pool was a huge hit with the children, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The Staff were kind and polite we have no complaint there. However for a hotel of this price. What is on offer is not really good enough. It’s very old and needs a renovation Asap. Even the TVs are 15 years or so old which seems a bit odd for such a high end hotel even in the executive rooms. The gym works and is clean but is very small and limited. The location is phenomenal. The outside and the lobby are nicely looked after but rooms and furniture and even the beds are not great. All very worn out. I would only recommend coming for a max of 3 days to enjoy the location but not a long stay it’s not worth it. Breakfast is great though.

The hotel has a beautiful building and a huge park with lovely grounds. There's a fantastic pool with a spa, sauna, and hammam. The staff were attentive and polite everywhere except the lobby bar. In our room, we encountered mold and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a couple of nights, but for the price, they really should fix the plumbing.

Супер место расположения. Это местный арбат пешеходный, тут есть всё, бредовые магазины, кафе, обмен валют, подарки, работает всё до поздна, есть кафе и подземные, еслр погода не очень, музыканты на улице, красиво и огоньками украшено. Большая квартира, всё аккуратно. Есть бассейн и спортзал на 10 и 11 этаже. Достаточно чисто. Есть все принадлежности в ванной, в том числе и зубные щётки, что большой плюс. Но в идеале добавить хотя бы губку для мытья посуды, когда на 1-2 дня приезжаешь, нет смысла и времени всё это покупать бегать, мы бы сами посуду помыли хорошенько, но не до поиска губки было. Есть стиральная машина и огромная раскладная сушилка, для большой семьи отлично. Единственное, если поздно заселяетесь, по возможности заранее свяжитесь с отелем, чтобы обсудить как войти в здание, чтобы не пришлось стоять у дверей в ночи. А сотрудникам рекомендация указать в ваучере отдельно номер для связи по вотсап. Когда из-за границы приезжаешь, связь через интернет обычно. В отеле есть завтраки и трансфер, но мы об этом информацию увидели только при выезде😅. В целом очень рекомендую этот аппарт-отель.
