4-Star Hotels in Yerevan

Conveniently located right in the city center, yet the area is incredibly quiet. The rooms are charming, everything is neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and even treated us to pastries and coffee. What really touched me was the handwritten farewell letter left on our last day before check-out. I will definitely be back!

The location is excellent, close to all the top attractions. Yet, the hotel is set back on a second line, making it quiet. The hotel also has good soundproofing for the walls and floor (there's a carpet in the corridor). The room is small; if you lay out two suitcases, there's not much space left to walk. The bathroom is also small. There are no bathrobes in the room, and I would have liked more towels, at least one extra for each guest. However, there is an iron, hairdryer, and ironing board. The mattress and pillows on the bed are average; you don't get the feeling of a great night's sleep. The hotel and room are a bit worn. It's not critical, but in some other countries, you could get better accommodation for the same budget. The buffet breakfast has a rather limited selection, but all the products are high quality and well prepared.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Замечательный отель! Удобное расположение в самом центре. До любой локации удобно добираться пешком. Очень чисто, убираются на совесть! Вежливое обслуживание! Администрация также всегда на связи, быстро отвечает на вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что в некоторых номерах окна замурованы со стороны улицы, то есть там стена, а окно формальное. У нас было такое в спальне, поэтому не критично. Небольшое пожелание насчет подушек, хотелось бы подушки побольше и не по одной на человека, чтоб был выбор. В целом проживанием остались довольны! В следующий раз возможно также остановимся здесь!

The hotel is located well, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was quite good with a generous selection of eggs, meat, cheese and desserts. The only two inconveniences we had, was that the walls are super thin. We can hear the people next to us speak in their room. The Internet in incredibly unstable, the reception drops a lot. It was so bad that work calls was unsuccessful since the Internet drops and eventually doesn’t even exist to continue the call. Livestream platforms such as Amazon Prime and Disney couldn’t livestream. Do stay here if you want to be close to all amenities but not if you need good internet for work etc.

Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan. The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced. Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and were very pleased. It’s a cozy hotel with a diverse buffet breakfast that caters to all tastes. On the first day, there was no porridge, but they responded to our request, and it was on the menu the next morning. They also offered local products and dishes, which is really important when visiting a new region. Pleasant Armenian classical music played in the background. Besides the coffee machine, they offered freshly brewed coffee (made in a Cezve in the kitchen), which I enjoyed every day! The staff was very attentive. Our room had a bathtub, which I preferred over a shower, especially after a lot of walking, as it was perfect for relaxing in the evening. Towels were changed daily. We couldn't hear our neighbors at all. The hotel is conveniently located near a market, Tashir shopping center, and not far from Russia Street and Passage. Republic Square is about 15-20 minutes away. My only minor complaint was that I asked the reception to book an excursion to the 'Ararat' Brandy Factory, but the lady booked it for the 'Noah' factory instead. Luckily, they are located close to each other, so it wasn't a huge issue, but it's something to be aware of. Also, the water in the bathtub drained a bit slowly, but it wasn't critical. I'm sure if I had asked for help, the staff would have responded quickly. By the way, I really liked the doorman who greeted us upon arrival and departure. Overall, we liked everything. I think I won't hesitate to stay here again next time. Price/quality 10 out of 10!

The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s really lovely and fresh, and it seemed like our room was freshly renovated or very well cared for, and the room and bedding were spotless. The room was very spacious and well equipped. As was the reception area. The staff are lovely and very helpful (we had some issues with loud neighbours and they delicately assisted). The pool is really big and nice with lots of deck chairs and amazing views of Mt Ararat. Breakfast was great, freshly prepared and good options. The hotel is not in the centre but we found the location still convenient, we would walk into town and then Yandex back (Yandex is typically 1600AMD). We would stay again!

The location is excellent in the heart of Yerevan. The views from the windows are also fantastic, especially from the higher floors. The room is spacious. The breakfast was great; it wasn't crowded, and the selection was wide. It wasn't the standard fare, but rather interesting and delicious options. The juice was natural, and the water wasn't dyed, like in many hotels. Among the downsides: there weren't enough disposable slippers. They promised a panoramic bar, but it wasn't working on our day. And the worst part was that the shower drain was clogged with someone else's hair, which was causing the water to drain slowly and stand at a height of 5 cm. I reported it to reception, and they sent a worker, but he said they needed a cleaner and left. The hair remained until we left the next day.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
