Guest UserWe stayed for 10 days at this hotel and absolutely loved everything about it. The location is excellent; there's a grocery store and a hardware store nearby if needed, and the Vernissage market is just a stone's throw away. Many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff were polite and attentive. The room had everything we needed, including large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, so there's no need to bring your own. One minor point: our room had a balcony, but it faced directly onto an adjacent office building.

Zakhar O. ShenkarevGood hotel. Conveniently located in the center, but in the courtyards, so it is quiet.
Of the minuses, trip.com shows that it is located right next to the opera house, and the hotel is on Pushkin Street.
Another minus is that the courtyard is closed with barriers on 3 sides and in order for the car to drive directly to the hotel, you need to call the reception. But if you do not have heavy bags, then it is not far. But it is very quiet. On Pushkin, life is in full swing all night.
Pros - central location, everything is within walking distance.
- quiet, clean, quite cozy. They clean and change towels every day.
Breakfast - a buffet, modest, but varied. Enough for 5.

Guest UserThe location is excellent, close to all the top attractions. Yet, the hotel is set back on a second line, making it quiet. The hotel also has good soundproofing for the walls and floor (there's a carpet in the corridor). The room is small; if you lay out two suitcases, there's not much space left to walk. The bathroom is also small. There are no bathrobes in the room, and I would have liked more towels, at least one extra for each guest. However, there is an iron, hairdryer, and ironing board. The mattress and pillows on the bed are average; you don't get the feeling of a great night's sleep.
The hotel and room are a bit worn. It's not critical, but in some other countries, you could get better accommodation for the same budget.
The buffet breakfast has a rather limited selection, but all the products are high quality and well prepared.

Guest UserGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Excellent location close to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. I would stay here again because it’s good value. The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast. The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

The hotel is located well, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was quite good with a generous selection of eggs, meat, cheese and desserts. The only two inconveniences we had, was that the walls are super thin. We can hear the people next to us speak in their room. The Internet in incredibly unstable, the reception drops a lot. It was so bad that work calls was unsuccessful since the Internet drops and eventually doesn’t even exist to continue the call. Livestream platforms such as Amazon Prime and Disney couldn’t livestream. Do stay here if you want to be close to all amenities but not if you need good internet for work etc.

Ani M.Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan.
The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced.
Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

Guest UserRoom is spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean.
Do not expect the most modern style, at the end that is the least important.
Breakfast was, for us, really good and tasty. Maybe for other people might be average, but it had all you need in a continental breakfast.
Location is not the best. It is 40' from the airport, and another 20' from the city center. Trafic in Yerevan is chaotic and accidents happen on a regular basis, so keep that in mind if moving from or to the city.
You can also go by walk to the city, but it is quite steep to come back.
The pearl is the pool. We loved it.
And they also have a restaurant, in case you feel lazy to go out or don't feel like ordering with Yandex.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is quite a mixed bag. It's huge, and I'm sure it was luxurious back in the day. It said it was renovated, which is what drew me in. In reality, the rooms are old, and the only amenities are towels and soap. The most surprising thing was the breakfast – it would have been better if they didn't offer it at all: cottage cheese, sour cream, boiled sausages in cellophane, omelet, cheap cold cuts, and the only thing that changed was overcooked rice with carrots and buckwheat. For drinks, there was just a dispenser with hot and cold water, and instant coffee. Forget about fruits and vegetables – it's a disgrace! The lobby bar was a lifesaver. The hotel is priced a little below market, but honestly, it would be better if they charged a bit more and improved the food, or just removed it entirely so they wouldn't embarrass themselves. The staff, however, was great – kind and helpful with everything.
