Awesome location, near shopping areas and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Room is functional, nothing fancy but sufficient for our stay. Some reno going on (end Nov 24) so expect some noise in the day.

The room is quite new, but the hotel is under renovation, so bear with little noise during office hour.

Location was perfect. However, the facilities obviously old and dirty. It is great option for staying in Perth city.

Cant request more for the price. Kinda feeling different treated.

Hotel located in the town centre with eateries and supermarket nearby. Breakfast selection is standard, match with Ibis’ standard.

Near the luxury stores & Murray Street Mall (Kmart Woolsworth). And 2 train stations & bus stops. For the price excellent location

Fantastic location, slightly aged facilities but friendly staff. Wifi was patchy in the room

They have rooms that have a queen and a single which is perfect for families with teenage kids. Cleanly kept and convenient location. Only issue is the room size is a bit small and they put a table at the end of the bed which allows only very narrow space to walk across the room.

We have been given newly renovated room during check in. Room is simple and nice.

Located 10 mins walk from train stn, several eateries nearby. There is a supermarket about 3 mins away. Toilet area has no shelf sorts to put shampoo etc. carpet is a lil dirty. Serve its purpose for a sleep at night
