We had a booked in advance a couple weeks ago and my partner and I arrived at the house a couple of hours after the check-in date. We rang the doorbell and while waiting several minutes outside for someone to let us in we get a call from the house (we were standing outside in the cold I don't know why they wouldn't let us in?) and they told us that due to some hygiene reason we couldn't stay in our room that night. I offered to come in later but they flat out said no to that. It was very inconvenient as it was a late Saturday afternoon and they hadn't even bothered to contact us before we reached the location. The person on the phone was good enough to offer to book another place to stay nearby but it was all done on the phone and was quite confusing and honestly very frustrating. If I hadn't arrived at that time I would have checked-in much later and would have possibly not been able to book anywhere close-by making this a huge inconvenience. This could have been saved if they had just called us earlier.

Stayed here as a stopover for one night before flying to Broome and it was well located and staff were friendly and helpful and there was free parking underneath. There were a few restaurants across the road as well which was handy as we were on main road near airport so not much around. Rooms were lovely with a good balcony to watch the great sunset. Only thing was we had a smoker next door who spent the whole time on their balcony blowing their smelly smoke over into our room so had to leave door to balcony closed:( Hotel had a gym, laundry and a pool so catered for everyone.

It's okay. It's very convenient to eat and drink in the hotel, with various Chinese and Western food as well as McDonald's and Subway fast food. Moreover, the hotel is close to the airport. It takes 15 minutes to take a taxi to T4. It is not far from the city. There are direct trains to the city and the airport.

Location is near the park where you can watch the sunset! Train station is walkable distance but best to take the free shuttle provided. Not much food options available so best is to buy at the city before heading back. Bottled water is not provided unfortunately but they give complimentary sparkling wine

Stayed in a 2x2 apartment for one night. Could not find entrance even though Google Maps had told us we had arrived as there is minimal signage and no directions for parking. Apartment was lovely but couch and chairs so hard and uncomfortable. The worst experience though was breakfast which was served in takeaway containers and was awful. Blueberry pancakes were uncooked, toast was barely toasted and only on one side; we left most of it uneaten. It would be helpful if staff were fluent in English. Housekeeping just let themselves in with no knocking even though we had organised a late checkout. Would never stay here again or recommend.

Terrible night...Arrived 5pm Air conditioner which was really dirty and mouldy, badly in need of deep clean. Other guests started yelling at 5pm until police could finally quell the racous at about 9.30pm. Obviously they don't screen the guests at all. Pizza guy knocked and tried to deliver a pizza which wasn't ours. I told him to take it to the front office but I think he left it at our door. Owner of pizza knocked about an hour later and wanted pizza which we didnt have. So no security. When the yelling stopped we decided to go to bed and found the sheets were dirty and even had someone elses socks in the bed. Staff member apologised and gave us new sheets but we had to make the beds ourselves. The light switch toggle lever in the bedroom with two single beds was behaving differently than what it should. An indication it is worn and needs replacing. Only good thing was the airport shuttle service.
