Good clean room for overnight stay. Rooms are small but still ok as it's clean Good for the proce value. Only thing the hotel has no parking facilities and therefore you will park your car at the road in front

1.The towel and quilt is not clean, I got red spots on my whole body from the first day.When I checked out and try to negotiated this case with staff, at that time I didn't wanna anything but a say. They showed non respect attitude, they don't care about the case and they 100% don't want to be responsible. After stay I went to hospital, doctor said it was because I used unclean towel. It was very severs, so I can only ask sick leave for 1 week from work. Because the attitude and responds I got from hotel, this time I asked booking.com help me to go and negotiate for me, but the booking get the same answer, the hotel don's not possible to open the door. 3. Extremely low cost performance! The price I paid doesn't equals the room and service I get. Strongly don't recommend!!!!! 1. The towels and quilt sheets of the hotel were not clean and I developed a red rash after the first night of my stay. I tried to communicate with the staff and their supervisors on this matter when I checked out. I didn't mean to pay for it, I meant to say it, but the attitude they gave me from their staff and supervisors was that they didn't care what happened after I checked in, and they didn't want to take any responsibility. After the trip I went to the hospital and the doctor replied after the diagnosis that it was caused by the use of the hotel's dirty towels. Because the rash was so bad, I was able to ask for a week's sick leave and it had a very big impact on my work. After the doctor's diagnosis, I communicated directly with the hotel before, and the hotel gave a disrespectful attitude. This time I let booking.com come forward to help me communicate this thing. The result was the same. The hotel was completely irresponsible. I said that it would strengthen health management. I was very disappointed with this sense of responsibility and hygiene of their hotel staff. 2. The room was very, very small. Even if you bring the boarding box, you can't open the door when you open the boarding box. 3. Very low cost performance! Highly not recommended!!!

the good: 1. because the room is small, the aircond gets cold quickly and wifi is averagely good 2. the location of this hotel is excellent and is located near many convenient places thus would make a good place to stopover for the night if you are tired. Even more convenient than Xplorer hotel 3. no issue with the toilet as it is clean and served its purpose well. Theres even toiletries and toothbrush/toothpaste provided the bad: 1. during check-in, the staff at the counter seems to be overworked as she hardly smiled or even had the mood. seems like she is forced to be there the whole day and has not had a holiday for a very long time. 2. It may get a little noisy at the entrance but because my room has no window, it was alright. Overall, the location of this hotel and comfort adds points but the lack of parking is a thing of a concern if you are planning to check in during the afternoon. I would consider staying this hotel over the Xplorer because of its cleanliness and nice lobby.

Just one pug in a room, I booked a family room that can live 4 adult, it's not convenient to us to charge hand phone, give a suggestion to bring a wire extension if you want to book this hotel Every thing is ok, room is clean and hotel near by mrt, and there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel. customer service and front desk are very polite, excellent! 👍👍

1. Great Location The hotel is very well located, close to a large shopping mall with plenty of food options nearby, which is very convenient. 2. Convenient Transportation The hotel is very close to the MRT station, making it very easy to get around, whether for travel or shopping. 3. Decent Cleanliness The cleanliness of the hotel is acceptable, but I hope the hotel can consider providing face towels, which would enhance the guest experience. 3. Old Furniture I understand that this hotel has a long history, but the furniture in the rooms is too outdated and needs to be updated and maintained. 4. Iron Issue The provided iron has a burnt surface, which severely affects its usability and even stained my clothes. I suggest the hotel replace the iron promptly. 5. Poor Sound Insulation The sound insulation between rooms is poor. At night, I could hear the sounds of the couple next door making love, which disturbed my rest. I recommend the hotel improve its soundproofing measures. Overall, the hotel's location and transportation are its biggest advantages, but there is room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance, sound insulation, and guest experience.

This is my first time in Eastin Hotel KL, the room was spacious and comfortable. We booked a family room. The room was clean however the bathtub was kind of leaking and a small amount of water overflowed to the floor near the sink whenever we were using the bathtub. The gym and pool are great. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to shout about. I would expect more choices for fruits and cheese. One of the coffee machines was not working well and resulted in a queue at the only machine working. Staffs were quick to clear the used/dirty dishes. Thumbs up!

Excellent breakfast and buffet lunch . Convention facilities great with superb service & snacks use a day of function room . Room are spacious . Assess to malls . Many good F&B within integrated complex . Walk to Bandar Utama train station . Front desk can improve . Bell Captain and boys makeup for it .

Hilton is one of my favourite hotel chain. I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton hotel. The hotel is accommodative. They maintain a very good standard on service, from front desk to house keeping. Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room is clean and spacious. Toilet especially bathtub is clean. The bed is nice and comfy. A comfy bed after a long hour is the best. Efficiency ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The check in and check out procees is fast and easy. There is no queue at check-in and I was quickly checked in and got my key. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Parking ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Im not familiar with this area. So, I park in front of the lobby and im too lazy to find the basement parking. Since arrive late and i will leave early, i just park in front of the hotel lobby. For your info, if you park in front of the hotel lobby, you need to move your car before 8am. City council will do their round at 8am. Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Located at the centre of Petaling jaya. Near to Kuala Lumpur. This hotel is great as it is connected to the KL Sentral station. It makes you so easy to access to public transport. If you want to commute using public transport, this is the best choice. If you are from KLIA, you can take KLIA express directly from airport. This hotel sits on top of Sentral station. Overall hilton never dissappoint me. Always had a pleasent stay at hilton.
