The hotel is a little old but it is spacious and there is a spa and laundry nearby so it is convenient.

Overall good, it's a pity that we can't check in at 12 o'clock. I am satisfied with the rest

Due to the location, you have to walk for a while except for the Pungjang Bus Terminal. facilities are adequate Couple. It is suitable for a vacation with the family. With friends.. no It's a place that attracts more locals than tourists.

Hygiene: very good good environment Reasonable price

Do not stay at this hotel. Have stayed in many hotels across SE Asia so am used to things like musty smells and occasional cockroaches etc. First impressions of the hotel was not good. No front desk staff on site (at about 4pm). A security guard called the staff member who showed up 15 minutes later by motorcycle. Whilst waiting we looked around. Seating in waiting area full of mold. Pool was full of algae and broken tiles. None of the facilities (playground, benches, gardens) were present. The beachfront area was crumbling and had exposed wiring. This was a common theme around the grounds. The beach itself was disgusting. Covered in garbage. There were aggressive stray dogs wandering the property. We were booked to stay in a beachfront room. Upon entering the room we saw cockroaches scattering everywhere (about 20) and the room smelt extremely bad of mold. You could see where they had painted over the mold to hide it. The bedsheets were dirty and covered in fine debris like they had sanded the walls without drop sheets. We returned to the front desk via a dangerous walk along the pathway filled with holes and no lighting. The front desk were not helpful. Showed us another room which was the same. We said we wanted our money back to which they refused. They had zero facilities open. No restaurant, no spa, no gym which we pointed out. They said too bad. A manager would not come to speak to us until 10am the next morning but we refused to stay the night. Moved to another hotel but returned in the am to speak to the manager who didn’t appear from their office til 11am. Then had discussions that just went round and round for two hours. The manager would say one thing and then deny it. Left in the end as it was getting nowhere and called AMEX who sorted a charge back. The hotel does not have cheap prices and they should be ashamed of themselves for their business practices and the standard of the hotel.

This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed at and I have travelled around many countries on a budget. I am not a picky person, I just expect clean and safe, this place is neither. Once we saw the room we asked for a refund straight away but it was too late. Even though my travel companion has illnesses that made this unsafe, and ********** said they would refund if the hotel agreed, I am travelling with a child, still no. My companion had to leave for safety but I was stuck because I had no money to pay for another hotel sadly. We looked at many rooms and all were bad with mould and smells. The beach is filthy. The rubbish covers it completely and the hotel makes no attempt to clean it. The pools have algae and are unsafe to swim in. You can’t imagine how a child handled that news. The property has many many tripping hazards. It is dark at night with no light to walk safely through the hotel that is dangerous in the daytime even. The breakfast is very poor and if you travel with anyine who prefers western options, like my daughter, you are not going to be happy. The restaurant does not operate at any other time. There are no other operating facilities. The manager had the option to help us but refused. Please do not stay here. The photos the hotel provides are way out of date.

Most of the stuffs are so nice and kind, especially, the guy who is working in the pool is always smiling, the equipment guy who fixed our rooms door and my shoes, the housekeeping lady who found our room had the insects problem reported to another section and they changed the room to another. I thank you all the stuffs who surported our vacation. But the cashier in the restaurant treated us as if we were trying to escape without paying because we didn't know this hotels deposit system. she just said NO BOOKING with angry face and even after we paid the bill in the restaurant, she looked very unhappy and the experience really made us sad.

- This hotel has very simple rooms and very beautiful grounds. Every corner looks cute. - If you are a light sleeper, I recommend taking earplugs. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor, and the birds are loud in the morning. I slept great with earplugs. - The room is always cleaned here in the morning. We asked to be cleaned at 10:30, which was the case. - When we checked into the room, we had several comments about minor repairs. They quickly fixed everything, replaced the shower head, changed the curtains. - There is an employee at the reception who speaks excellent Russian and recommended an exchanger with the best rate and other little things. - The hotel has a secluded atmosphere, there are no crowds and it’s wonderful. You feel one with nature. If you like noise, crowds and parties, you'd better rent something closer to civilization. This is a relaxation area. The sound of the sea, birds and silence. On the sixth day we realized that we had never listened to music) - There were always enough sunbeds. - I recommend renting a bungalow overlooking the sea. You will have your own mini-pool, sun loungers near your room and a cozy veranda with an ottoman and armchairs. You can have dinner overlooking the sunset, and in the morning get out of bed and immediately go into the sea) - Within walking distance from the hotel there is a fairy stream and a mini-bird zoo. - If you walk along the beach to the right, you will reach the embankment in 5 minutes. There, many people watch the sunset in cafes. There are also plenty of cafes on the beach. - there is a good food court within a 7-10 minute walk, there are many options for food and drinks. Very tasty tea. Seafood is grilled, everything is fresh. - We never had breakfast at the hotel because we got up late, so I can’t say anything about the quality of the food. - At the end of February and March, the sea in this part is always in rough waves, approximately like in November in Phuket. You can swim. There is also always wind here, so we did not suffer from the heat, it was always comfortable. - Wi-Fi in the hotel is rather weak, sometimes it drops for a minute, but everything loads. - Conclusion: I really liked the hotel for the atmosphere and territory. I would definitely recommend visiting it.

1) The doors in the rooms are purely symbolic. They are installed so incorrectly that you feel like you are sleeping on the street and you can hear everything. You can hear the birds at 5 am and all the staff who don't even try to speak more quietly. He rattles buckets and laughs. They scream as if they are the only ones in the whole world. 2) The sea at this hotel is the dirtiest in all of Mui Ne. You can't just go into the water. It’s such a disgusting feeling that you’re walking into a swamp. Dirt, garbage, muddy dirty water. We have been to other Mui Ne beaches and near this hotel it is the dirtiest. Because of this, we almost didn’t swim in the sea, it was just disgusting. 3) The hotel area is large and very well-groomed. That's all good stuff. Although even this is just for the picture. The palm trees are covered in coconuts, which constantly fall, which means walking under them is dangerous. Nobody knocks them down. 4) we were practically alone in the hotel and this is also a plus. As soon as people arrived one weekend, we immediately realized how impossible it was to just sleep here because of the bad doors. 5), the breakfast is simply terrible. We heroically tried to eat it for 2 days, then gave up on this idea. Moreover, breakfast time is from 7 to 9, as if in a children's camp. If you sleep until at least 10, which is logical at a resort, there is no breakfast 6) the restaurant does not serve anything except breakfast; it is closed during the day. And in general, they don’t sell anything on the hotel premises, although they could. The same juices or ice cream. They had to go to the store to get them. 7) the hotel is located in a very uncomfortable part of Mui Ne. And we, being here for the first time, thought that Vietnam was a slum. But after walking 3 km from the hotel we saw a tourist center, with normal hotels, shops, restaurants and a sidewalk. As a result, I had to master the bike and go there for a walk and eat. 8) due to the fact that the hotel is in a very bad location, it is always empty here, so the restaurant and spa will never work. To keep staff there, the hotel needs to be full. And it is empty almost at any time, because there are hotels with better territory, cleaner sea and more convenient location. That is, there is a choice. We ended up here by accident and will not repeat it again. 9) Wi-Fi did not work in the room for 5 days and everyone just shrugged their shoulders. I had to go to the pool. 10) housekeeping breaks into the room at exactly 9 am and does not understand either English or Russian. I had to poke the sign not to disturb her to make her go away. 11) Near the hotel there is a very poor selection of cafes and shops, because as I wrote above, it is located in some kind of not a resort, but rather a market part of the village. As a result, we went to the same place for breakfast, quite far from the hotel. 12) a travel agent sent us here when purchasing a tour. We didn't have the opportunity to move out. But we won’t get here a second time. Therefore, if you choose a hotel yourself, and especially if you are going to Mui Ne for the first time, do not choose it. It will seem to you that Mui Ne is a slum with a dirty sea and bad food. And you won’t even understand that 3 km from this disgusting place there is a wonderful tourist town called Mui Ne, which you would have seen if you had chosen another hotel.
