The old hotel with full equipped is recommended for people who just dropped at Phitsanulok. Big room and grand breakfast.

The hotel is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy spacious room with full facilities including TV, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, good water and electricity system in the room, very soft bed, no noise at all, everything is good, good service from the doorman who wears glasses, helps carry luggage, recommends this and that, only problem is that the parking lot is quite far but it is well-proportioned, there are a lot of rooms, we got 249, very far from the lobby, but there are many elevators, our room is good because it is near the swimming pool, near the stairs, you can go down to the pool, the pool closes at 19.00, recommend managing your time well, otherwise it will be like us, we went out and came back almost at 7 pm, the pool opens again at 10 am, stay only one night, have to check out before noon, so have time to take pictures with the pool for a while🥹
