Popular Phitsanulok 4-star Hotels

I regularly visit Phitsanulok and stay at the Topland Hotel. I choose Topland Hotel because it is located in the centre of town with excellent buffet breakfasts and nightly buffet dinners at very reasonable prices. Topland Hotel incorporates a downstairs shopping mall with a good choice of restaurants. I often swim in the very clean pool and have a massage before dinner. The hotel may be a little old but it is well maintained and it`s age is an attraction to me. I have stayed at Topland Hotel more than 25 times and I will continue to do so.

The second time I went to stay, this time I wasn't impressed. I arrived at the hotel at 1 p.m. but the lady informed me that check-in was at 2 p.m. But if you want to check in first, you have to pay 100-200 baht. This is why I can't remember the numbers accurately, so I'm confused. Is there something like this? Because this is the second time I've stayed, the first time I've never encountered anything like this. When I checked out in the morning, I asked the staff because I was frustrated. The staff said there was none and apologized to the staff. Informed that if the accommodation is full, they will wait, but if there is a vacant room, they will let the customer stay. On the day of the incident there was a vacant room. Normally I travel a lot and always stop in Phitsanulok, but I chose this place because the private parking is next to the room. At night I don't have to worry about cars. In the future, I probably won't rest because I feel bad.

Pleasant, clean place. Phitsanulok is not a tourist town, few attractions, tho there are beautiful areas outside the city. Hotel had a large pool. . Well located in the city, easy to find, on a main road.

The hotel is on the road next to the most famous Phitsanulok Buddha. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. Upon arriving at the hotel, they delivered welcome drinks and helped carry the boxes. Although this hotel has only a few floors, the elevator is quite convenient, and this hotel, even if you go out, the room air conditioning will not stop, come back from the outside, the cool room is really very comfortable, the service staff very intimate introduction to the room All the facilities of the hotel, and delivered good quality welcome fruit. The room is quite large and there is absolutely no problem with the extra bed. The photos I took are darker, but the overall style of the hotel feels low-key and luxurious. The toilet is divided into three parts. The hand basin is opposite the door, the bathtub on the right, the shower and the separated toilet on the left. The sanitation is very good, there is no peculiar smell, it is clean and fresh, and the water is super fast. Disposable sanitary appliances, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and skin cream are also provided. The sink here also has hot water, which is comfortable and convenient. Since the hotel is not on the right road, but on the side street by the river, we asked the young lady at the front desk to call for a taxi. It was very punctual and did not delay the trip at all. Very strange hotel. We are travelling between Chiang Rai and Bangkok and needed a stop-over and the Zense looked good. This is a typical local low rise concrete small condo building, splashed with some paint to look like a boutique hotel. It's located on a nondescript main access road next to a global house diy shop so the location is good for transit but there is nothing around the hotel. Upon entering the hotel the check in desk had a customer but a friendly member of staff invited us to view the pool and bar area unil check in was free. Khun Chip then took us to the bar where we relaxed by the pool with drinks. He spoke excellent English and gave us some amazing local recommendations of places to visit. This was by far the warmest welcome we have had in a hotel in Thailand. I left my wife at the bar to check in and this is when i encountered the 'other side' of customer service. I had prepaid so check in should be easy but 'this is Thailand'. The rude, unfriendly, unhelpful lady on the front desk gave me a room card and pointed at the elevator. I asked for a second card (we are 2 guests not 1). I was bluntly told no! No explanation, no sorry, just no. Simple. I put our bags in the room and returned to meet my wife. We then returned to the front desk where the lady was now joined by a manager and repeated my request. 'Yes you can 500 baht deposit for plastic room card'. Just rude and unfriendly. Staff like this ruin hotels. Staff like Khun Chip make hotels amazing places to stay. To the owner, if you want positive reviews and repeat customers, make sure your check in staff are polite and understand they only have jobs because customers choose to book....

Very nice entrance, ponds, trees, lighting. Beautiful landscape. Room has a little mouldy smell but nearly all hotels at the moment got that considering they were shut for 2 years. Swam in the nice lap pool. Good size like 25m, warm and clean. Breakfast was good. Juice station . Egg and noodle station. We enjoyed our stay

The location may be far from the restaurant area. The view is nothing because it is in the city. But it is convenient to travel The hotel has a parking lot, there is a fitness center, the receptionist is very good. Smiling and giving good advice Delicious breakfast, fresh, very spacious room, everything is new, soft bed, juicy air, smart TV, large screen, complete equipment, soap, shampoo, clean smell. Clean, very comfortable bed, if there is a chance to come to Phitsanulok Will choose to stay here again, I like it very much.

Rooms are very dated but work for the price range I was using. The pool was always crowded but the restaurant made up for it. Also the gym equipment is from the 90s. Staff were friendly but could def. Use a face lift.

Taman is a quiet and atmosphere complex with a beautifully built garden and a fine swimming pool. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. Also breakfast, provided in the room was good. Friendly staff. In short, a good place to stay a few days.

With 38 rooms in 4 exquisite buildings and an inspiring display of regional craftsmanship, this hotel provides an intimate experience of refined taste. The grounds combine classic Thai architectural features with a profusion of green that accommodates many nesting birds. The rooms are spacious with dark wood and crackle tile, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff are modest and extremely helpful. It appears that the previously-noted neglect of features such as the swimming pool has been corrected, although the clean pool is too small for serious swimming. I note that there is not much to entertain young children, and that the stairs might be challenging for people with limited mobility. The breakfast featured good variety and more than ample amounts, whether it was buffet when there were many guests, or a la carte when we were the only ones. The toiletries were more limited than the offerings at most luxury establishments, and several of the dinner offerings of central Thai cuisine were overly sweet for my taste, although using good quality ingredients. Overall, I love this hotel, and would recommend it for individuals or couples who need a base for exploring the Phitsanulok area.
