I am satisfied with the room and room service but but not satisfied by the day shift front desk lady. I asked her for help because I can’t speak Thai language . Even though she tried to help but her attitude and expression shows like she was feeling annoyed therefore I didn’t take her help. I solved the problem by myself

I recently stayed at Somerset Hotel Pattaya, and while my experience had a rough start due to a booking mistake I made, the overall stay was enjoyable. Initially, I faced challenges in correcting the booking details, as Trip.com was slow to respond and unable to resolve my issue promptly. However, after much effort, the hotel kindly assisted with a name change, which I deeply appreciate. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is absolutely perfect, offering great convenience. Despite the initial hiccups, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Just ensure your booking details are double-checked to avoid any hassle. Thank you, Somerset Hotel Pattaya, for the wonderful hospitality!

The best facilities of any hotel where I stay with my children. The ocean, pool, and kids club are all number one. Adults can also relax and enjoy the resort atmosphere and stay at least once a month.

Good value for money hotel. Rooms spacious and clean, good size swimming pool and staff were always helpful and friendly. WiFi worked without fault for duration of 14 night stay. Hotel has a lot of potential, and could be so much more with money spent. It was very dated, with new decor and lick of paint here and there, especially in reception area and around pool it could be so much more. I guess the very reasonable room rates reflect this though. Excellent location on 2nd road opposite soi 8. On the baht bus route and only couple of minutes walk to the beach. Would stop here again should I return to pattaya

An amazing experience from Day 1. We stayed for 3 nights at this amazing resort in the 2 bedroom sapphire villa and everything was perfect from the spacious and beautiful rooms, super comfy king beds to the wide selection of breakfast spread daily. The only issue we really had was the distance from the resort to the main shopping areas but private transport is readily available in Pattaya so it was a minor one. Families who prefer to just relax in the villa will probably find the serenity of the whole place to be welcoming compared to hustle and bustle of the main streets in Pattaya.

Newly opened hotel-style apartment, check-in was smooth and the welcome drink was very delicious. The hotel has complete facilities. Although it is not facing the sea, it still has a good holiday experience. The room is a suite structure and has good value for money, which I prefer. I will stay here again next time I go to Pattaya.

This was our second visit to this hotel and now with friends in 2-bedroom apartment. Both bedrooms had their own full bahtrooms. All rooms in Beach terrace face west to evening sun and directly to sea. Apartment had 2 balconies (with sunbeds in the other) and we got water several bottles every day although didn'r want cleaning as often. Breakfast was generous and it was great to be able to choose eating outside. The area with all 5 Royal Cliff hotels is just great just outside of the hassle in the center! Lots of well kept green areas with palms, many restaurants and private beach with sunbeds. Pool areas were also great with infinity pools with glass wall (and also partial glass floor). There are many restaurants in the near area also outside the hotels. To the center of Pattaya (walking street/beach) was aroud 20 min walk over the hill. If you should hope for something, that would be more storage space in a room like wall hooks and hangers. Also a drawer would fit in room. All in all, very much worth the money and we will go back when back in Pattaya
Sea Sand Sun Resort and Villas

We chose this resort as a 13 night stopover flying home from Switzerland to Australia, to break up the 20 hour flight for our 13 month old son. And so glad we did. Just 90 mins from the airport, we were collected from the airport in a private airconditioned van and driven to the resort. We arrived early morning, and as the checkin is not until 3pm we were worried about the heat and our baby. But the fantastic Jeet at the front counter worked his magic and we luckily got into the nice airconditioned room by 10.30. Let me start by saying the rooms are a great size for a family of 3. Complete with minibar, plenty of suitcase space, comfortable bed, and very importantly a great airconditioner. The resort itself is quite large and very well gardened, but they have golf carts at the reception - you can just call reception and they will come and pick you up. But my advice is to ask for a room closest to the restaurant - that way you are close to the sea, pool, and restaurant- and its very quick to walk to any of them. The food in the restaurant is amazing. For breakfast you have all the cereals, plus an egg station where someone cooks eggs to your liking. Plus about 15 hot dishes, whether it be bacon, sausages, baked beans, or the local food of curries, noodles, fish, pork - you name it - they have it all. And then there's the fresh fruit, fruit juices, hot coffee of every sort, and a bakery area with croissants and pastries. What more do you need? Dinner was a great range also - loved the fisherman's basket! But the best thing about the stay here is the people. If you've ever been to Fiji, I rate it as friendly as that. Starting by Jeet at the reception, the restaurant staff are exceptional. In the mornings, the wonderful Priya, Benz and Ton would already have our table waiting for us, complete with baby chair. Quite often we would wonder what our son was smiling at - we would turn around and 3 of the staff would be smiling at him and waving. As soon as we were finished with a plate or coffee, someone would grab it and remove it. We felt like royalty. Ton would lay out towels for us on the sunloungers and set 2 seats aside for us which were in the shade for the baby - every single morning! Just amazing. Of an evening, Oum Oim, Nok and Mickey would also have a table reserved for us, in front of a fan, which was important as there is no aircon in the restaurant (but they have heaps of fans which are enough). They would also entertain our son with smiles while we ate. The whole resort and staff just felt like a family. The staff will do anything for you - you just have to ask. Other staff which deserve a mention - the chef (didn't get his name), Sowanee and Lit were also very friendly and helpful. I hope I've mentioned everyone as you all did a fantastic job and made us feel so very welcome. We will definitely be flying Thai airways again, and doing a stopover at this resort. I highly recommend stay here and can't wait to be back. Tip** There is no atm a

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Coastal Oasis Hotel, and I can confidently say that it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff at the reception. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was even offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning ocean view – a gesture that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The breathtaking view of the ocean from my balcony was the highlight of the room, and I enjoyed many peaceful moments just gazing at the tranquil waters. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight. The menu featured a wide array of delectable dishes, and each meal was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, and they made dining a truly enjoyable experience. One of the standout features of the Coastal Oasis Hotel is its impeccable attention to detail. From the well-maintained grounds to the spotless pool area, every aspect of the property exuded elegance and luxury. The hotel's commitment to sustainability was also evident, which is a commendable initiative. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always ready to assist with any request, whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions. The location of the hotel, right on the coastline, allowed for easy access to the beach, and I spent blissful hours lounging in the sun and swimming in the crystal-clear waters. In conclusion, my stay at the Coastal Oasis Hotel was a truly memorable experience. The combination of exceptional service, breathtaking views, and luxurious amenities made it a standout destination for anyone seeking a relaxing and indulgent getaway. I can't wait to return to this coastal paradise and create more unforgettable memories.
