Lovely family run garden hotel in the middle of Phnom Penn with a peaceful veranda where excellent food and happy hour is served. I have stayed there for more than a week both times I have visited Cambodia and plan on staying there again. I love this hotel and the family who run and own it.

This is a small Cambodian family run hotel that couldn’t make you more welcome. When we had trouble with our Viet Visas and had to return they couldn’t have been more accommodating and supportive. There isn’t an elevator for those on the 3rd and 4th floors and it is a bit of a climb but I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Phnom Penh. This is my second time staying here and I highly recommend it.

Classic family run hotel with a really yummy kitchen. Excellent value with breakfast included which we really enjoyed to take on the veranda each morning of our week long stay. Our room was large and comfortable

Cena fantastica, abbiamo preso noodles di carne, noodles di pesce, gamberi sulla piastra con sale e pepe e hamburger americano con patatine fritte…tutto buonissimo!!! Prezzi buonissimi… ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!!!!!!!!! Consigliato per chi vuole mangiare cambogiano e per chi preferisce altro! Staff e proprietaria molto disponibili e accoglienti! Beautiful colonial house, quiet, sheltered by lush vegetation, although close to major roads. Attentive welcome from Hen and his entire smiling and dedicated team. We enjoyed a very spacious room, varied and hearty breakfasts and a free laundry service. Quality catering at very reasonable prices. It’s certain, we won’t look anywhere else during our next stay!

It was a pleasure to receive you at this hotel. Luggage was taken from your hands and taken to your room while we were offered something fresh. The rooms were already cooled by air conditioning, it was a pleasure to enter this room, the rooms were very clean. The entire staff of this hotel was always there for you if there was anything, the introduction to the new owners was very interesting and they were always busy. The breakfast was nicely prepared and plenty of choice with delicious coffee. After all day, you could also go there in the evening for a very good and well-organized meal. Travelling to Cambodia was my first time overseas - I couldn’t have imagined staying anywhere else! Heng and the staff were extremely friendly and made me and my friends feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, along with free daily laundry. Each morning we were welcomed with a smile before enjoying a range of delicious food from the free breakfast menu. They also arrange for safe transport to and from the airport. Communication for bookings is very easy and straightforward. I will return to Cambodia and can’t wait to stay here again. We have lost count of the number of stays we have had at this hotel. This is an important stop for us during our travels in Asia. Each time we are happy to rediscover the charm of this place as well as its smiling and efficient staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the roof garden presents a breathtaking view of the city for the occupants of the 5th floor rooms. The restaurant, located on the ground floor, is protected by a superb screen of greenery. The music is soft, the fans add to the comfort, the good food and attentive service make you want to come back. We really appreciate this warm setting which allows us to take a break and rest before resuming our journey. We will come back to this and we invite you to do the same.
