It's just one block away from the main road, so it's quiet at night and great! It's a comfortable place to sleep. There are coffee shops, Japanese restaurants, and local food nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. We ate locally and it was cheap and very tasty.
You can get to any tourist spot by taking a tuk-tuk.
Considering the price of the accommodation, there's no problem.
There were mosquitoes in the room, but that can't be helped in this country.

Grat location, clean rooms, friendly staff and good facilities. I regularly stay at Queen Mansion as it offers great value and in a fun part of Phnom Penh. The hotel is near Russian Market and has many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is clean, the staff speak good English and try to accommodate all needs.

It was a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and the shower had good hot water, which was appreciated. The area around Russian Market is probably the best area in Phnom Penh with plenty of restaurants. I recommend it.
