Good for stay in Phnom Penh

Good service, convenient travel

Bad karma here in Phnom Pehn. 700 room hotel with 40 or 50 guests. Like a giant mauseleum. Our shower could do with a good scrub. Air conditioning is turned off in some hotel corridors and at times in lifts. Staff stand around looking at their phones. Very good rooftop bar with city and river views. Check your mini bar contents when you arrive, I was ripped off at checkout. Not happy about that. Poor reception staff.

I had an outstanding massage and coffee rub afterwards with Chan Sitha. I would highly recommend her . I told her what type of massage I needed and she gave me an excellent massage Came out feeling totally relaxed 😀 Also the Spa is beautiful and clean with a shower in the room as well . Thank you Chan Sitha !

There are friendly staff, a view of the Tonle Shop River, and a nice swimming pool. The night view is very nice. Above all, I loved the bed and bathtub of a very large size.It's a hotel that I really want to come again.

I’ve been coming to Sokha Phnom Penh Residence every year since they opened in 2015. The rooms are spacious, clean. The bath room is huge and includes a shower and a large tub with a view of where the Mekong river and the Tonle Sap river meet. The staff are extremely polite, courteous and eager to help. Especially the front desk manager Mr. Sambo who anticipated our needs and made our stay feel like home. Only two minor complaint, the breakfast can use more variety, and the automatic bidet seat needs to be repaired/replaced. I prefer to stand when I do my #1.

So thoughtful and so beautiful! This hotel was stunning and the staff were so helpful and lovely. They even found out that it was my birthday on the last day of my stay and made me a cake. Highly recommend.

The only thing I did not like about the Sokha hotel was that my wife’s younger sister came to swim with us and we were charged $20 to have a 12 year-old swim with us at the hotel. No one else was in the pool but us.

I had a wonderful experience the food and the rooms are great. Very friendly staff. Special mentioned to Sokhann for being courteous and helpful. she is always ready to assist. i will defintely stay in Sokha if i come to Cambodia

Amazing hotel. Fantastic service by hotel staff, including the person at desk SamKhann who probably had a great smile but I could not see due to the mask. :-) Massive room and pool. Only downside is that it’s away from the city centre.

Had great stay here at this nice resort with friendly staff! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Especially thanks to duty manager Mr. Hov Lyna, made me feel so welcomed. Everything was well organized and dining was great as well. Thank you.

got the premium room! very captivating view. the only minor issues were the bird poop on the windows and the lights being oddly difficult to use and navigate. staff are very friendly and accommodating.

One of the best hotel in Phnom Penh, wonderful review view will great food. Staffs are so nice and always helping 24 hours. Will come back here again. Especially Somkhan she always there at lobby to help us for everything. Impressive 😊
