The double bed I ordered was very small, and the order included breakfast, but the front desk refused to provide breakfast, which was very annoying.

My friend and I didn't check in at the same time, so when I checked in later, the details of the stay were not fully understood, so it was a bit hectic, but the bed was comfortable.
I recommend that you double-check the check-out time and, if breakfast is included, you need a ticket to eat it in the morning, so check both before going up to your room. You can eat during the day at the bar next to the lobby, so if you're not sure where to eat, I recommend using it.
There are some issues with the bath towels that are available, such as the old stains that have not been removed, and the bathtub drain function not working properly, so if you are concerned about such things, it may be a little tricky.
The staff are friendly and will talk to you and try to communicate with you. There was only one person who could speak Japanese when I stayed there, out of all the people who don't speak Japanese, but I think it's best to not expect too much and use a translator to communicate.

Great boutique hotel, staff are very helpful, breakfast is good. The roof bar and pool are great and the location is fantastic. Will stay again.

They didn't cancel the reservation, the flight was delayed through no fault of mine, and the next ticket was lost and I didn't have time to get to the hotel and they didn't cancel the reservation
