The location is excellent, as it is surrounded by numerous restaurants and is close to the Safari, Vinpower Park and Teddy bear. The staff is incredibly friendly and patient, always willing to answer our questions. Yuki, the dog, is sociable and adorable, greeting most of us with great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for one night at Herbs Spa and Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with tasteful decor and all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary water bottles and additional towels and robes. Overall, I would highly recommend Herbs Spa and Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and indulgent stay. The staff were exceptional, the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean to my satisfaction, but the water in the shower was slow and the hot water was unstable. The location is very convenient, with the Teddy Bear Pavilion and the Great World Water Show nearby. Overall good, no complaints at this price 😂

Good accommodation, two minutes walk from the “Lake of Love”. The room is large enough and free, there is a hairdryer, a refrigerator, shower products and water were provided once. Tidy and new towels are available upon request. Very helpful staff, I can recommend this accommodation
