Pearl Hotel Phu Quoc

We had an unpleasant experience staying at this hotel, the hotel masseuses lived on our floor and they were screaming very loudly in the morning, since there was no soundproofing at all, we couldn’t get enough sleep, it was late evening and they started drinking, yelling and listening to loud music I made a remark to the hotel manager, he came and yelled at them, they calmed down for about 20 minutes and started again, I had to ask them to calm down again, at one o’clock it became quiet and we fell asleep, we woke up at 2.15 at night because the room was very stuffy and there was nothing to breathe, we had no electricity in the room, it was everywhere in the hotel, I went and found the manager, he was sleeping in the lobby, we started looking for the reason and it turned out that in the lobby in the central switch was turned off specifically for our room, in this way they took revenge on me for the fact that I was outraged by the screams (they really were yelling very loudly) a very unpleasant experience, we felt not safe rented a hotel for 4 days left after 2 nights did not stay there

I really liked everything, it was clean, the beach was nearby, the staff was helpful, the service was excellent!!!

A small but cozy hotel. The room has everything you need, water, coffee and tea are also provided. Everything is clean and tidy. Didn't like: the closet, it is open and there are few shelves, and the window on the wall. The staff are friendly, will help, tell. In the immediate vicinity of this area, the most favorable rate is in the Pearl Hotel, today 2.47. There is a favorable exchange office, 2.5 km to go - the rate is 2.5 (see photo).

Cozy 😊 clean room, cleaned every day. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was varied. Several shops nearby.
