A lovely little hotel located just 2 minutes walk from the nicest beach in Phu Quoc, Khem Beach. Breakfast was simple, hot food was not sufficient. They don't have soup or soup noodles every day. Sunset Town is only 10mins drive. During our stay, we tried the Italian restaurant in the hotel twice, it was a hit and miss, and not particularly wallet-friendly. Instead, head down to the beach. There is a seafood restaurant called Ann Seafood that serves good seafood at a reasonable price. Location wise, it's a new area, hence pretty empty most of the day, nothing much within walking distance, unlike the sunset town. Room wise, i like the smart toilet. But the water pressure in the bathroom isnt strong enough. The room is a little small for a family of 3. But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

The staffs there were very friendly and the breakfast had more variety than expected the place was nice and clean but there was nothing much nearby to walk around other than going to Sun world there is also a cute dog. Nice view in the morning

Our stay at JM was great. Beautiful decor, quiet area, it's a stone throw from the beach, staff is awesome and the breakfast is really good. Hope to come back soon.

We loved our time at JM Boutique. Nice and close to the beach, fantastic staff, and a friendly dog made this a great stay, especially for the price. JM boutique has a great restaurant and a spa just up the road where they offer 30% off for any hotel guests, and 10% off in the restaurant. They offer free kayaks (which we didn't use because it was too windy) and free bicycles which are well maintained and in good shape. The hotel prides itself on being eco friendly 😊The beach here is fantastic and we would happily stay at JM boutique again.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, next to the clean public beach, the sea is always calm unlike the west coast of the island. Great service, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Rooms are same as in pictures on the website. I spent 5 lovely days here, would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a quiet or romantic style of a holiday. Also great with kids as there are shallows to swim.

This hotel deserve everyone to come here. First location is good(Sao beach is really close,) but I think beach that is 2 min walking from hotel is way better and clean, sand is white, not so many people as well..Service is amazing, stuff is so friendly and willing to help with everything. Only manager speaks good English, but overall all of them are so nice. This hotel should have 4 stars. Rooms are amazing, clean , they have wverything that you need, for someone will be important they have toilet seats like in Japan. Good TV, you can have rest with Netflix. They have lovely dog that will welcome you everytime when you come back to hotel. Boss is also friendly. Breakfast is like in Europe, you can choose what you want. The Jo's cucine is in hotel and pastas are sooo delicious. We ate lunch and dinner there. Coffee is soo good and you can order every coffee .So amazing hotel, so if you are willing to stay in Phu Quoc, this will be the best offer for this island. I will come here again for sure !!! The hotel I booked for the next two days in Phu Quoc Island shares a beach with Marriott. The sand is very fine and the sea is very blue. It is only a few hundred meters away from the beach. It may be close to the sea. The room is a bit humid. The room we stayed in is a bit small, but the dry and wet separation is enough. There are not many types of breakfast, mainly to eat enough

It's great for families and couples. It's right in front of the Premier Residence, so it's a good location for picking up products like hopping tours. There's a beach right in front, and there's a cute dog, so kids like it too. The room condition is also good.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Emerald Beach. The hotel rooms are equipped with beach bags and beach towels, which are convenient for guests to swim and play on the beach. The beach is flat, the sand is fine, and the water is clear. No wonder Marriott Hotel is also located on this beach. The hotel only starts serving meals at 07:30, which is a bit late. There are not many varieties, but they are all delicious and worth the price. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Sunland shuttle bus station. It is convenient. Comparing the two parks, I personally think that Pearl Park is more cost-effective and fun, but since it is not easy to come to Phu Quoc Island, of course you still have to play in all of them.

Cool little hotel. Very clean, cozy and beautiful. Breakfasts are ok. There are not many entertainments nearby, but there is a restaurant in the neighboring hotel, a shop, bike rental. The beach is 5 minutes walk away. There are cafes with sun loungers (for a fee). But you can just lie on the beach in the shade of the trees. If you want a quiet secluded holiday - the place is super!

The hotel is located in a quiet place 100 meters from the seashore. The hotel is small but new. The room is spacious, with a modern design. The room has all the necessary amenities and even a capsule coffee machine. Coffee and tea are free. Breakfasts are different every day, not repeated. They cook deliciously. There is free rental of bicycles and kayaks.

Great location. Excellent hearty breakfasts. The rooms are a bit narrow, it's unusual to have a toilet with glass partitions in the room, but when there's a smart toilet and a good exhaust fan you quickly get used to it.

The staff was very kind. They made all sorts of troublesome arrangements for me to receive my luggage. The hotel is close to the beach, and has a stylish and natural feel. There is also a gym. The rooms are stylish, and it is nice that the shower, washroom, and toilet are separate. (Although the ceiling is connected) However, there are not many places to put luggage, and there are no tables, so you have to use your PC on the table where tea and water are placed. Also, the breakfast was very limited and shabby. It was disappointing and dissatisfying. The area around Sao Beach is a ghost town with nothing, and even if there are buildings, there are no people or shops, and they are all vacant houses, and there are very few shops and restaurants. Not only are there no options, but the prices are much higher than usual. Sao Beach itself is not that great, and there are no tourist spots. This hotel also has a restaurant, but it is quite expensive. There is no pool, and considering the poor breakfast, it is not cost-effective. Also, I stayed for two nights, but I booked an ocean view room, but ended up with a mountain view, so I canceled the first night with a full refund. This is a problem on Trip.com's side, but this hotel does not have an ocean view. The hotel itself is not bad, but the value for money is poor for what you get, and Sao Beach itself is not worth visiting. I think a day trip is enough.

Nice, small hotel next to the best beach on the island!!! There is no pool, sunbeds on the beach are free if you take any drink!
