The room feel dated. Air con is too cold and we weren't able to turn it down, so I had to wake up at night to turn the a/c off, then repeat through out the night. Breakfast buffet is quite good with both American breakfast and local choices. The pool is very nice. You can access the pool with out stepping out of the room. My kid enjoy the in-pool slide very much, which make me feel a lot better after having to wake up a few times during the night. I was going to give this hotel a 4 stars, until we found one cockroach in our room.

Excellent reception from the staf, impecable uniforms, amazing hotel instalations, beautifull swimming pools, wonderfull SPA and a very asian breakfast stile. Since I am not asian, they had the sensibility to offer me an american stile breakfast. It was more then I could ever expect from them ! Clean rooms and very confortable and calm place. It is defenitly a place to stay ! Thank you for everything Mr NOOK ! Amazing reception and costumer care !

We were satisfied with our room in this hotel: - the room was clean and got cleaned every day - there's a fridge in the room and you get a small bottle of water every day - it's near the city center of Phuket Town (around 15 minutes on foot) but you don't hear the traffic in the center (there were some roosters next to the hotel, and they were pretty loud and active from around 5 am, but I guess this was something temporary because nobody else wrote about them :D) - you can climb the Khao Rang viewpoint before the peek tourist hours (it takes around 10-15 minutes to the top) There are no real negative parts to this room, but just in an fyi sort of way - we booked a room with a balcony and although the balcony was there, it's not really a sort of a place to sit in and relax, which we thought it would be (you enter it through a window, it's pretty small and tight). The other thing is that we needed transport to the Rassada Pier early one morning and the hotel has or can organize this transport - but the price we were told was pretty high (700 baht!), which is pretty strange considering that even the regular-taxi-mafia charged less than this. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but mainly since my boyfriend and I aren't drivers and couldn't rent a scooter, next time I would probably search for accommodation closer to the bus station because this would make it easier to travel to other parts of the island with public transport and avoid taxis as much as possible.

Thirty kilometers from the airport to this hotel, less than forty minutes. The hotel is not on the main road, turn left onto a side road from 402 road, and it is not far from Lotus Supermarket, Bigc Supermarket and Phuket Consular Office. It is very convenient for those who go to the consular office. The environment is very quiet, you can sleep well at night. Breakfast in the morning is buffet style, with two fruits, two stir-fried dishes, two staples, toast, milk juice coffee, oats and biscuits. There are not many types but they are full and the restaurant is good. The room gave us a double bed room and a triple room. It was very clean. The bath water was not great, but it could be cleaned. Overall, the store is quite satisfactory. There is a parking lot, the owner is Chinese but not very much in the store, the front desk staff are friendly but do not understand English, but they do not prevent them from enthusiastically assisting when they ask for it. The hotel is more expensive to call. Go to Patong 600. We saw a car service at the entrance of bigc. We asked for a car and picked us up at the hotel the next day. It only took 450 to Patong Beach.

Great place to stay, pool was really nice, room was huge and spotless, Staff were very welcoming and friendly if you are looking for access to beaches go elsewhere. Outstanding value for money. Lots of street food near by and the hotel restaurant was very good, its also a 3 minute stroll from a huge Big C supermarket. Would definitely stay again. The bed was a bit on the hard side but as I was using the hotel to get over jet lag for a couple of nights it was not really an issue, so nothing bad to say

The place you live in has direct access to the swimming pool. It's quiet, clean, and perfect for relaxing! My husband also bought seafood to eat and drink on the balcony, which was very pleasant! I almost spent the whole day by the hotel pool, it was so comfortable! I guess I was too tired from playing earlier, haha The surrounding area is also very convenient. If you want to eat seafood, just leave the hotel and walk to the left! There are so many delicious foods in the evening and they are not expensive! M If you want to buy skin care products, there is a 711 on the right side of the hotel. If you go out and keep walking, there will also be some other brands of skin care products and barber shops! The price is very cost-effective, you can go look for it! I found a useful water light needle here

Traveled throughout southeast asia for a month and discovered the Homa Residence on the last few days before leaving for america. I'll have to admit, it was exactly what i was looking for, a taste of home. The rooftoop restaurant and infinity pool was excellent. Although you will pay tourist prices on food/drinks, it was top notch and worth the price. The room was a great value ,and I will definitlely return to stay here when i stop back in Phuket. Anybody from the states and european countries, if you need a break from the immodium and spicy thai foods, this is your spot.

It was my second stay. Upon check-in staffs at reception said there is a problem with water pipe it must take time for a day to fix. So they transferred us to another hotel where is pretty far from the center and convenience stores. For their apology, they gave us complimentary, free shuttle service from here to another hotel and to Central Foresta according to schedule add on free shuttle service from here to Rassada Pier In short, service was so good I just want hotel to improve about the problem that happened it shouldn’t happened again!!

It's very beautiful. There are movie rooms such as coffee and range, and the interior is fashionable and polite. Cleaning is also well done. The shower is not a machine that becomes hot water, but the hot water is separated from the place where the water comes out properly, so you can adjust the heat by yourself. Of course, the water pressure is the best. There is a curtain in the shower room, so the clothes and towels that are hung are not wet. There are cotton and cotton swabs in the bathroom, and sanitary bags in the toilet. The bath towel was thick and large, and the water was placed in one service. I am very satisfied with the cheap inn. I want to stay again.

We booked a few months in advance through their website and received confirmation with the price and conditions. We had no further contact with them until a few days before we were meant to stay there - they sent an email saying that our card details didn't go through and that we needed to send them full payment (this was never stated when booking, we assumed we would settle payment when getting there which is what you should always do). We offered to give a different card but they refused, and said that the only way we could keep our booking is if we paid in full by paypal or bank transfer (this should have already been a red flag). We reluctantly sent a bank transfer since it sounded dodgy and they were very rude to us, but the email was coming from the same confirmation email as the reservation so it seemed legitimate. After the transfer was successfully processed, they then confirmed receiving full payment of the original booking price, but demanded we send an additional payment higher than even the first one, raising the price to more than double, and said if we do not pay it immediately we would lose our booking. With only a few days before our trip, we had very few options to choose a different accommodation and much higher prices than when we booked a few months ago. I have never spoken with such arrogant, rude, and pushy staff who take advantage of foreign travelers knowing full well they have little to no rights or alternatives in these situations. They have not refunded me for the original payment and refuse to honor the original price we booked. Do not go here!
