Also, there are plenty of facilities, gyms, a library, 6 swimming pools, a kids' room with a nanny, lounge bars, saunas, etc. BUT! The management of the hotel is not good (yet). The check-in time is constantly delayed (the official check-in is at 2 pm, but we were told to wait at least till 4 pm!). Rooms not cleaned properly. No forks/plates in the rooms with the kitchen....you have to go to reception and ask for them.

It's quite unique. The beach is very pleasant. The breakfast is a bit monotonous and there are only a few choices. It's not something I'm used to. The biggest disadvantage at night is that there is a bar next to it with loud music, which probably lasts until about 1 o'clock in the evening.

Its a lovely location - close to the beach, and nice restaurants. Every room have their own set of sun beds which is great. We will stay here again.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel from the end of April and had a pleasant stay. It is tucked away on a side street with a few small bars and massage parlours. Restaurants and shops are round the corner and a couple more minutes walk will be down to Bangtao beach which is a small, nice and quiet beach. We took a tuk tuk to the ‘town’ area where the night market was and it was worth a visit. Hotel itself is rather nice though quite small. Our room is very spacious with comfy beds. There are all facilities what you need in a hotel room. Tea/coffee and small bottles of water were provided daily. Balcony was big and overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was adequate, a mixture of Asian and Western style. Plenty of tea and coffee offered. We didn’t have any fresh fruits because they were uncovered. Staff were friendly enough and would try to help you with any issues. We had the feeling that some did not speak much English. It was rather quiet when we stayed and we had very good night sleep. Restaurants on the main street were nice with very reasonable prices. Beach was lovely with calm sea and nice to walk on. Don’t forget your mains adapter as we did and had to hunt for one locally to charge our phones. Hotel could book you an airport taxi which was cheaper than what we booked through a U.K. website. All in all it is a decent hotel with spacious room. We had no complaints for what we paid which was £21 a night B & B! Enjoy.

We should have visited this resort in February 2020, but because of covid we had to cancel. After covid we rebooked only for my wife to fall ill with cancer. Again we had to cancel and book our rooms once more. Unfortunately my wife is unable to travel the distance, so we can no longer visit. All through this, the manager/owner Dev has been so supportive and understanding. We are so sad we will be unable to holiday at the Andaman seaside resort, but more so we are not going to meet Dev and have a drink with a lovely man. Best of luck for the future.

A hotel for a relaxing family holiday (no noise, animation, etc.). The rooms are spacious and match the description on the hotel website. Additional information on the hotel website: daily free 2 bottles of water (0.5 liters * 2), rain umbrellas, bathrobes, slippers (for the room) and flip-flops (apparently for walking around the hotel grounds) in the room. The hotel has a spa center (massage, sauna, etc.), a small fitness room, etc. There is an option to stay in villas (next to the main hotel buildings). There rooms are even larger (in size), there is an ironing board, iron. and so on. The breakfasts are good, filling... For Russian speakers, there is a wonderful manager, Daniel. Always willing to help with any questions... Of the features: 1. Upon check-in, a deposit is required (100 USD / EUR). Returned upon departure. 2. Currently, the hotel is undergoing renovation (parts of buildings, rooms). It doesn’t interfere with rest at all (you don’t notice), but someone may not like it. In this case, the hotel, if I understand correctly, can offer alternative check-in options (at other hotels). 3. Although it is prohibited to buy in hotel rooms, unfortunately this does not apply to smoking on the balconies of the rooms. Therefore, if you come across a smoking neighbor, you will have to close the door to the balcony. 4 It is possible to order a transfer from / to the airport + to other places on the island. Facilities (food, etc.): there are a sufficient number of tourist restaurants nearby for different tastes, you can also find restaurants (including for local residents) nearby by searching on the Internet. The 7/11 store is opposite the hotel.. There is a “night market” nearby 3 times a week... It’s interesting to visit “for some flavor” + you can buy something at a discount. P.S. If you use the app to call a car, then take into account the possibility of competition from numerous “taxi services” located both in front of the hotel and in other places on the island. Aggression is possible not only towards warriors, but also towards tourists (hotel clients).

Just a delightful friendly place from start to finish. Location: Very well, situated amongst shops, restaurants, and bars, and a literally one minute walk onto the beautiful beach of Bangtao. Rooms: Very pleasant rooms, good showers, plenty of free towels, and the two young women who took care of the rooms. Did an excellent job every day. Nothing too much trouble, extra teabags? No problem! Extra soap? No problem, water, no problem. But, without question the best part of the room are the beds , I haven’t slept so well in a bed, even at my home... Supremely, comfortable beds, and lovely pillows. Effective air conditioning, so a light duvet is provided. When I mentioned the beds to reception, and how good they were, she told me that the owner decided to get the best beds possible, so that customers could get a good nights sleep, and hopefully come back! Staff: In keeping with the rest of my very happy comments above, I have to compliment the staff as being some of the most delightful and friendly hotel staff that I have met. As the rooms are limited in number, we very much felt like part of the family. Huge smiles every day tends to make you very happy! Conclusion: Well, located, very comfortable rooms with excellent beds, nice swimming pool and comfortable sunbeds. Exemplary staff who never failed to smile and ask you. How was your day. Highly recommended.
