Overall is ok and affordable price. Having convenience store nearby the and easy to seek some Street food like noodle and morning local market around the hotel. If you have car, it's more convenient. However, this hotel is located far from the old Phuket town about 25km.

The hotel is a bit on the old side. That doesn't matter because you pay for it. The bed is clean, but in the five days I stayed, the bed was not changed even once.
I think the hygiene is a bit less... I especially didn't think the bathroom was clean. You saw a lot of traces of use, which had not been cleaned properly.
The advantage is that the “Phuket Smart Bus” is across the street. Very easy to reach any destination in Phuket.
There is a very good restaurant next to the hotel and the 7eleven across the street. For the rest it is not very touristy and that is nice if you come for peace and quiet.
