This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The pictures posted on trip are the exact opposite. The place looks bizarre and the rooms smell horrible.

Good location, friendly staff, however during the nights there were a lot of annoying noises. Fortunately I managed to get my room changed the last night.

Great value for money but very quiet that was really nice for a few days as we traveled from Patong out to here …. Aircon was on all the time that was nice after coming back in …. Beach and restaurants and amazing Little coffee shop we come across that served very good food and drinks plus desserts most impressed with it… and not expensive because not main tourist spot …. Unbelievable

Bad service and breakfast 👎👎

Everything good

Firstly, there was no light curtain (tulle) in my room, although my sister had one in the next room, so I was either in complete darkness or like in a store window. Secondly, there were no dishes in my room (plates, spoons, forks), but in the next room there were again. We also noticed cockroaches, but apparently they came for the food that the children were crumbling. Thirdly, there is no ladder in the pool, it was broken at one time, since it is present in the old photos, and they decided not to install a new one, you basically manage it yourself... Well, the pool seems to be large and the depth is no more than a meter, which is why the water is hotter air and not refreshing at all.

The overall hotel experience is very good, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and the comfort is high. The breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation and many restaurants and shops around. The only small drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good, but overall it is a very pleasant stay.

The staff are lovely, friendly, and very helpful in recommending tourist attractions. Report about the room having a musty smell. The staff arranged to change it immediately. The road in front of the accommodation has a cart selling delicious evening food, creating a different atmosphere. There is a place to rent a charter boat to go to the island yourself at an affordable price, close to the accommodation.

The school is like a condo. that was divided to make a hotel There are many owners. The location is near the Khao Khat view point, but the room has a very far sea view.

Got a room with a beautiful view, saw a little bit of the sea, good wind, ok. The room is big and good. Recommended to stay. P'Somkid, the official, gave very good advice.

Accommodation is easy to find, location near Cape Panwa view point. And can walk to see the sea on the smooth footpath. The apartment is also close to 7-11. As for the accommodation, we have reserved an extra bed. The staff upgraded the room at the original price. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is good. It's actually a condo that was turned into a hotel. The service staff is good. Breakfast is delicious, ok. But in the evening the pool should be lit more brightly. As soon as it gets dark, you can barely see and have to use your cell phone's light to light the way.

Very cheap price for a beachfront accommodation, very good location.
