As a 5 star hotel, it seems like the hotel does not have enough staff to welcoming the guests. The housekeeper forgot to close the door room tightly after cleaning, luckily no one went inside the room. There is also a bug on the bed.

We were very happy and fantastic when we stayed there. Hotel Tide is really an amazing hotel as I know. Services & cleanness are also very good and we don’t have to complain anything. But we would like to suggest one thing only. If possible, pls put hand wash on the toilet’s basin instead of soap. By the way, hotel’s breakfast buffets are delicious too much and hotel staffs are also very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your everything, Hote Tide❤️ Please keep all of these good things like now. And we wish you to be successful more than now.

Nice place, the rooms with direct access to the pool are pretty cool. Some of the staff are very friendly.

3 nights stay there was so lovely even it is far from the city and the taxi will cost a lot from the hotel. You should book grab.

It was a nice to stay before you leave Phuket. Very relaxing. Nice view. Comfortable bed. Pool access room.

Gave the fullest feeling of being a beachfront resort. The hotel restaurant served delicious food and swimming pool boasted the crystal clear water. Will visit again.

The location is far away from the city, my family like to stay away from the crowds, so it’s good for people who like quiet places. The breakfast is good, staff are friendly too.

I little out the way

The type of the room I chose can be placed at the beginning of the hallway next to the pool or through the end of the hallway next to the road. I really do not know how the allocation of the room gets assigned as there is only one price. I prefer to be placed on the first half of the rooms not on the second half. I did put it on request as I was traveling with a teenager who has depression. We checked in quiet late. There were only two rooms left. First, I was placed through the end of the hallway. I mentioned about my request through the agency. Hence, I was moved to the room in the middle of the hall way. It was unclear to me though how to get the better room. There are targeting more of the international travelers not much on the local Thais. I would suggest those who want to stay in this location to rent a car from the airport. It will be more convenient to go around. I personally really like this quiet area. I like the fact that it takes only ten minutes to Phuket town for local food and ten minutes to the famous Starbucks by the hill. I will go back again. Please let me know the tip on how to get the room closer to the pool by the beach if anyone the staffs can share.

Design of the room and the lobby was excellent, however that was the only excellent thing about the stay. 1) General mismanagement was apparent on the day of check in. The lobby was chaos with guests randomly waiting around. We had to wait an hour between initiating check in, to us getting our room keys. The front desk did give 1-for-1 drink (note: non alcoholic) vouchers, however there was some confusion as to where it was redeemable. We finally got our room keycard. Went up and made ourselves comfortable. Then the chambermaid came knocking asking if we wanted the room made. Clearly some miscommunication there... As previously mentioned, decor and design of room was really nice. However, some sacrifices were made to accommodate the design. For example, the nightshade tables were around 4 ft from the sides of the bed. Ended up we had to place our phones on the bed, with extra long cables to keep them charged. Also our drinking water we had to place them on the floor. It was either that or getting up and walking 4 ft in the dark. The light switches were all 4 ft away too btw. The balcony was nice and so is the sea view. On another interesting note, our room had 2 bottles of shower gel and no shampoo. Initially we thought it was one of those shower gel shampoo combos, however we randomly asked front desk on night #2 and realised it wasn't.
