The location of this hotel is very good. The scenery is very good on the mountainside, and you can look directly at Kata Beach. The ladies at the front desk are very smart, kind and professional. The service staff throughout the hotel are very kind and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really don't recommend this hotel. Fortunately, I only booked 1 night.
1️⃣It's on a huge slope, and it's inconvenient to go up and down.
2️⃣The room environment is not good. At first, I was given a room next to the swimming pool, but when I entered, it was in the basement. It was very humid and the room smelled bad.
When I opened the quilt, the sheets were very dirty, there were hairs on the pillows, and there were unknown dirt on the table.
I was very angry and went to the hotel front desk. There was no apology or anything. I just took a picture on my phone and said I would find someone to clean it for me.
Later, I was very angry and my face was very smelly. Only at my insistence did I change the room. I was changed to a room on the road, and the smell was much better.
We were given the worst room of the same room type. When I asked, they said that other rooms were full. If it wasn't for my smelly face, I guess they wouldn't change it.
