Clean & spacious. Love the room. But there is no lift so if your luggage is heavy then it may be a problem

Very nice hotel for the price asked. Rooms are spotlessly clean, staff is super friendly and attentive. Pool area is wonderful and kept staffed all day with a full bar and restaurant, chill music playing while you relax. Plenty of comfy furniture, tables, cushions. Beer on tap, handmade cocktails (really good margaritas!), and fresh fruit smoothies poolside. Very much feels like a mini-resort. The location is set back from the beach a little bit more than most other hotels in the area, but it's a negligible factor — about a five-minute walk, and of course, less with a scooter. The hotel operates a regular daily shuttle service between this location and their location in Kata, which is a nice bonus too. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for families or friends traveling together looking for a little quiet oasis.

The price-performance ratio is very good. My daughter and I stayed in a whole suite. Both of them have large beds. There are two air conditioners in the room. There is a balcony and a courtyard outside. The most important thing is that there is a wooden rack for drying clothes, which can be moved to the balcony to dry clothes. The bathroom space is also very large. There is also a massage place in the hotel, but unfortunately I came back late and it was closed when I went there after 10 o'clock in the evening. There is a bar next to the swimming pool, where you can drink drinks and listen to music at night. In short, I am very satisfied with everything. By the way, you need to pay a deposit of 3,000 baht for check-in, remember to prepare it in advance.

I was looking for a hotel in the Karon area for a certain budget, there were few options. I read the reviews, so I knew in advance about the 3,000 baht deposit (and there were those who swore at check-in when they found out about the amount). I also knew that there could be fines, and that you need your own beach towel. Thanks to those who wrote that you can eat or have a massage at the expense of the deposit - we went to breakfast, which is only 100 baht per person, buffet. It was delicious, the choice of food and drinks is good. True, on one day of our vacation, instead of the usual nice girl at the counter, there was a guy, and he said that we should pay for breakfast in cash, and not at the expense of the deposit. We thought that perhaps some fines were deducted from us, although we tried to behave carefully in the room. Then we went to breakfast with cash, and when we checked out it turned out that we spent only 1000 baht from the deposit (there were no penalties) and we had as much as 2 thousand left, when there was nowhere to spend it.. Not very nice. Pros of the hotel: 1. Location: 10 minutes to the beach. The night market is open 2 times a week on Tue and Fri, very close to the hotel. 2. Food: As I already wrote, inexpensive tasty breakfasts. For lunch and dinner, we ate outside the hotel. I can recommend the Efes cafe on the way to the beach (next door from the Veranda cafe). By the way, we did not like Veranda, the concept of the establishments is similar, but Efes wins in service, taste, atmosphere. On the other side of the hotel there is a cafe Mama Jin, there are large portions and really tasty food. As a gift they give a plate with watermelon. 3. Shops: next to the hotel 7/11, Family Mart, the exchange office opposite 7/11 had the best rate we've seen (by the way, late at night it's the best). There's also a pharmacy nearby, where the Thai seller is very friendly and the prices are really low. As a gift with every purchase, the seller gives a whole handful of candies. We brought back 1.5 kg of gifted candies. 4. Own free transfer to the Tuana Hotels Casa Del Sol hotel, where Kata Beach is just 5 minutes away. I'm attaching the schedule in the photo. 5. Swimming pool. The depth is only 1.2 m, but it's quite comfortable to swim. True, the water in it is cool in any weather. There is also a children's pool - it's very warm. 6. The hotel grounds are very cozy, beautiful, fish are swimming. I also recommend taking a walk around the hotel along the path, there are also beautiful places there. But the hotel also has its downsides: 1. Squeaky beds. The hotel has floating beds with blue lighting, which looks, of course, very beautiful. But the design of the beds is unstable, whenever you turn them from side to side, the bed wobbles and creaks. 2. The rooms themselves are not the first freshness, in our shower in the middle of the night the shower holder fell off and the shower itself fell with a crash on the floor, fortunately it did not break the tiles on the floor. 3. We were with a child (5 years old) and checked the box that we prefer a room with two separate beds, but we were checked into a room with a king size bed - it was cramped for three of us to sleep on it. At the same time, each room has a small sofa where you can put a child, but you need to pay for linen for this separately (400 baht per day, a bit expensive in my opinion). 4. I think the deposit of 3 thousand baht is too high. The remainder (including possible fines) you will find out only upon check-out, which must take place before 12 noon, and having received this amount, it is not always possible to spend all the money, and if you exchange, then when converting, money is lost on commissions. 5. Noisy. Most of the rooms overlook the pool and bar, where music plays from the morning until almost 23 and people sit. There is a sign near the pool that it is open until 20, but this does not stop anyone, people were swimming and making noise at 12 at night and later. The staff does not react to this in any way, although there were those who swore at the noise in the morning, but nothing changed. Some wrote about the air conditioner, that it blows on the bed, set the curtain as high as possible, and leave the temperature at 25 - it will be comfortable. Overall, the hotel is not bad for its budget, we will most likely look for another option when we are going to Phuket again, but if nothing is found, we are ready to return to this one.

I really didn't like the attitude of the staff, they found some excuses for every request. Especially when it comes to cleaning the room, the favorite excuse is - tomorrow... They don't allow you to sit by the pool with your own drinks, only with drinks bought at the bar. Make a separate bar with tables then! And when it rains, you also have to go under the roof, and it also belongs to the bar.

This time we stayed in a superior room. We got a room on the third floor with a view of the neighbors. Building 2. You couldn't hear the pool. Only an overhead shower, no shower head, so it's not convenient to wash the kids. The hot water is floating, that is, it appeared for twenty seconds, then disappeared for the same amount of time, I don't know why. The room has two separate beds, as well as a bed by the window, and another pull-out bed under it. In fact, the children slept on them, full-fledged sleeping places. The mattresses, unlike the junior suites, are just spring mattresses, a bit hard. Cleaning the room is of course brutal. The floors are washed only on request, otherwise they just sweep. There weren't enough towels for all the rooms, they can take them away during cleaning and bring them back tomorrow. I had to swear at the reception. There are no elevators. Breakfasts are normal, 100 baht per adult. Deducted from the deposit. The hotel is a package hotel, many Russians and Kazakhs. The music at the pool doesn't stop until 11pm for sure. Massage at the hotel is the same price as outside.

I stayed there for a couple of days to get acquainted with Karon Beach. This hotel is recommended. There are a lot of Russian tourists.

The hotel is relatively new, well located, quiet side street, no noise from the road and shops. 15 minutes to the sea. Everything you need is nearby - cafes, shops, exchange offices, night market, hairdresser, massage, laundries. The hotel has a cafe and massage room, you can pay with a deposit. Friendly staff at the reception. Now the cons. Few towels, they only give data and a small one for the feet. Very superficial cleaning of the rooms. They could not set up warm water - either cool or boiling water. In general, an inexpensive hotel suitable for living.

The photos on the website are much better than the actual condition of the hotel and rooms. Poor work and condition of the plumbing and air conditioning. The air conditioning is located above the bed and blows strongly. The room is very damp even with the air conditioning on. The room is not ventilated in any way. There is no daylight due to a very small window. The electricity in the room was constantly cut off. The price, although low, does not match the quality

We took a family room. I was surprised that these were two separate rooms, with an exit to the terrace on the 1st floor. Quiet, cozy. There is everything (almost)). The hotel is quite new, good repair. The staff is friendly, the guys are great, they carried the suitcases, told and showed what, where, where. There is a swimming pool with a bar and a cafe, they make good cocktails for a reasonable price. If you take a room by the pool, I am ready to eat that you will have music playing from 9 to 22 (one of the pluses, good). The hotel also has a massage, and they braid hair. From the hotel to the sea 10 minutes, the hotel itself is along the road. Overall, we were pleased with the holiday. Of the minuses, I will note: - lack of teaspoons, upon request they did not solve it, the seven (7/11) helped; - there were three of us staying, water and coffee for three appeared the next day, there were 2 towels, the third was brought the day before departure; - no beach towels, only mats. everything is generally not bad - quite a cozy place, a beautiful view of the pool - there are two of them - the small one is heated - it's like in a bathroom) good rooms - we settled in well with two children, there is a separate bed for them - another one rolls out from under it for the second child) the only downside is that you can't always wait for hot water in the bathroom, but for me in Thailand this is not a problem - here, in principle, it is not very cold) and also the air conditioner seemed noisy to me - for some reason they like to put them in Thailand right above the bed - so that it blows on people - and this is almost everywhere - they should have read before installing that you can't do this, but you can find fault with everything. Overall, we liked it)
