There was almost no service. For a room that cost more than 2,000 yuan a night, disposable slippers were not provided in the room. I asked the front desk if I wanted one, and the backend complained on their hotel APP to get them. The USB interface is only broken, and you have to spend 200 baht at their hotel to buy a socket adapter before you can use it. There are a lot of complaints. Really, it doesn’t deserve five stars.

Overall, it was a very satisfying and memorable stay.
[Good points]
- The room was very spacious and clean.
- Using the app downloaded at check-in, you could conveniently make reservations for the buggy (for moving around the hotel) and the spa all in one place.
- The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay.
[Areas that could be improved]
- I inquired about the restaurant and spa via LINE a few weeks before check-in, but I didn't get a proper answer, which was a bit stressful. As mentioned above, the follow-up after check-in was thorough, but it would be nice if they could also provide proper follow-up beforehand.
- The buggy driver was sometimes a bit rough.
