Front desk: friendly and welcoming Room: fairly basic and clean, the street is busy but the room is silent. Not the best airflow. Location: 10/10, right next to the night market for easy food, beach is a 500m walk, many other places of interest and cheap motorbike rentals in the area.

The room was very humid, the air was filled with a sour smell, there were people making noise downstairs late at night, and all the facilities felt very old. The only advantage is that life is convenient

The hotel was excellent value for money and extremely well situated in a great location next to the beach and parade of shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean abd the staff helpful.

Very good location of the hotel, excellent massage in the house, 7/11, fun cafe bar, money changers. There are 2 night markets under the windows, which is very convenient!) We lived in this hotel twice. The first time we had a room without a balcony, it was not very convenient in terms of drying things. The second time we rented a room with a balcony, things dried perfectly and in general it was much more convenient and brighter) the balcony overlooks the courtyard with the Kata Walking Street market. The market closes at 22:30 and there is complete silence. The hotel has 2 small rooftop pools, tables and sun loungers. The staff is extremely friendly and understanding. Deposit 500 baht. If you need cleaning, just leave the card on the door handle, without it there will be no cleaning, they will only leave 2 bottles of water under the door

We booked this hotel for one night based on reviews and ratings. To be honest, I don’t even understand where good reviews come from 🙈 When we checked in, we were given a room on the 5th floor and we carried our suitcases on ourselves, since there is no elevator in the hotel. The room is spacious enough, but very old and dirty. The air conditioning and refrigerator practically did not work, the room was stuffy. In the bathroom, the furniture was all swollen with moisture, the doors could barely stay on their hinges. The toilet flank is broken. The seams in the room and in the bathroom are moldy. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Not even suitable for one night.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. We arrived at 21:00. We checked in very quickly. They did not take any deposit from us. The room has a refrigerator (very small), a kettle and all accessories for hot drinks, tea, coffee, cream, sugar. Two bottles of water. Large bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Seems. You can get a beach towel at the reception. The location of the hotel is excellent - 4-10 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace. The hotel is located almost in the center of the night market. This was a plus for us. Noisy until 23:00. Then all the music turns off and there is silence. The downside was the location of the air conditioner. A stream of cold air was directed towards the bed. After lengthy attempts, we managed to direct the air movement to the floor. There is no elevator - it is not very convenient to climb the narrow stairs with a large suitcase. I definitely recommend the hotel.

In itself, everything would have been great, especially the price-performance ratio... but the room smelled so strongly of mold and the air felt so musty that I would have preferred not to sleep there... I actually put on an FFP2 mask to sleep and was very happy that I had only booked one night... It's a shame because otherwise everything would have been great...

The price is very cheap, 89 a night is hard to find on Kata Kata Beach. The location is great right next to Kata Night Market, but I will not stay there again. It was accompanied by a musty-smelling stay for 2 days, and the clothes hanging in the room were all musty. It smells bad, even when the air conditioner is on. The windowless room is very quiet, but the musty smell all night makes it difficult to sleep well. If you stay in this hotel, remember to pay extra to choose a balcony. Of course, it will be very noisy at night and you can hear the night market singers downstairs until midnight. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but the room service was a bit poor. Remember to hang the cleaning sign on the door, otherwise she wouldn't clean it. The trash was confiscated and the towels were not changed. I asked her to take out the trash but she looked impatient.

Good location. This is where the advantages end. There is literally no soundproofing at all; you can hear someone swearing not even in the next room or on your floor. At first glance it is clean, but at any moment you can find hair from previous guests. The rooms with access to the shaft (I don’t know what to call it, like a St. Petersburg well) are not ventilated, there is always some kind of smell in the room
