Clean and good location if you wish to visit Phi Phi island, as the pier is close by around 15mins away, whereas other hot locations in the West, will be at least an hour away. Good value for money as it is low season in Sept, before Oct to Dec high season start.

The hotel is super close to Phuket Old Town, which is amazing! Staff were all very friendly and willing to answer any questions.

Great hotel. Super friendly staff. Beautiful location. Variety of food. Amazing breakfast buffet and plenty of parking. Kids club is clean and safe. Gym is incredible fully equipped and has nice city view. We look forward to coming back soon.

Good location, the food in the restaurant is great! The curry crab is one of the best I had in Phuket, love the kids club, not many people and the staff are friendly.

Service was excellent. We had a minor problem with our room and management resolved the problem effortlessly. Buffet was okay. I'd prefer to go out exploring and eating.

Other than the vegetarian festival parade, which caused a lot of traffic around the hotel, everything about my experience, staying at this hotel was fine and dandy. The rooms are very, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were very very supportive.

This is the second time I stayed and everytime there was always issues here and there. At my first visit, I parked my car at the parking lot on the right hand side. Security guard tried to chase me away and said it’s for GM when there was no reserved sign or anything. I didn’t move and ask why would a paying customer have such a lower right than a stff at the hotel. Just because the staff doesn’t want to walk far, doesn’t mean a customer should do that instead. Last visit, 3 of us booked 3 different booking. The front desk was checking us in to 2 rooms instead even when we told her we booked 3 separate rooms and we had to argue with her. After check-in, my colleagues couldn’t log in wifi with her lastname. When she tried using other colleague lastname, it worked. The first night I stayed, the room wasnt properly clean as I had allergy all over from the bed / bed sheets. The most issue I had in this trip was, one day at breakfast, there was a fire in front of the hotel which is right by the breakfast restaurant. Staffs talked about it but just stood there to look at the fire. No one took any precaution to inform customers nor try to evaculate as they didnt seem to understand the situation or have fire safety protocol. We had to get out of there ourselves. When I tried to get out of the hotels, I saw some hotel staffs having ceremony to pay respect to the shrines in front of the hotel when there was a fire! Cars couldn’t get out but people were just chilled. When I asked what happened, I was told the power lines got burned and caught up on fire. I asked how come there was no evacuation and she said, oh we are still waiting for officers to come… so I just said by the time they come, people would be dead by then. This is something I don’t expect to see under Mariott chain and we are hesitant to stay considering the hotel doesnt seem to have safety mindset at all.

Great location in old town city. Easy to travel around. Walking distance to many nice cafe & shopping area. Superb service!!!
