Breathtaking resort. Really clean, spacious, private, luxurious topped with incredible peaceful views of the ocean and surrounding forest. Breakfast buffet was beyond amazing!!! Room was huge. Loved the tub & all the storage space. But lighting in bathroom could be better for makeup.

Horrible facilities make our family very bad experience. 1. We arrived at 5pm, the Room still not ready yet, we have to wait forvmore thsn 30mins 2. Aor condition out of control suddenly at night and cant fix after 45mins. We called 3 times to ask if any other room to change, however no one can help, just saying they will fix, we cant take good rest at all. 3. Finally they provide another same grading room at 10pm, the most horrible was the water in private pool was brown color and super dirty! Cant swim anymore. 4. Insect control is suck, many fly in the room, please go with you like insect. I dont believe that i spent HKD $3500 for such bad hotel, which really make us sad.

Great experience with the hotel, very impressive views and scenery. It’s in a great location. Staff are extremely friendly. Had to change rooms due to cleanliness, but it was fixed there afterwards, so very great experience! Would come back again.

Very good service. Location near Freedom beach is a plus. They have a shuttle service to go to Karon and Patong beaches, which is great since taxis in Phuket can be steep. Beautiful and quiet environment if you want to chill away from the Patong buzz. Breakfast is very good.

I stayed here for two nights. All the staff were welcoming and polite, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was standard. The location is quite a distance from Patong Beach, at the top of a hill, but a one-way shuttle was provided 4 times per day. The room had poor ventilation and smelled musty without the AC on. The bedding was damp and had a terrible odor. I stayed at Avista in Karon Beach previously and highly recommend that one instead.

This is definitely a great hotel. However, if you don’t have (rent) a car, things will be a bit difficult.

U will like the hotel if u like more peace and away from the bustle of main Patong area. The hotel is also huge, like a maze in there. All the staffs we met were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the location even though we do enjoy the hotel and room but it was impossible for us to get a grab to go anywhere and definitely not walking distance to main patong area. While the hotel provides shuttle service to a few locations, I find the timings to be limited, wished they had more timing options across the whole day. I missed out going a lot of places being my first time in Phuket because of the hotel location and how difficult it is to get a grab without having to pay a bomb to taxi services who tried to charge us a lot. So will recommend if you just want to stay mainly in the hotel, enjoy the facilities and relax, I would not if you want to explore Phuket

very amazing hotel! I love everything here, including the excellent service, spacious room and incredible facilities! The environment of this hotel is amazingly fantastic, I really enjoy the stay, everywhere here is comfortable, beautiful and instagramable! But a thing worth mentioning is the location is a bit far away from the city, this brings the hotel quietness and a sense of peace but at the same time it took me extra expenses to call tuktuk or grab to the Patong market and beach (about 300 batt per way, and as its too hot and far, it is almost impossible to walk up or down from the market to the hotel).

Nice resort not too resorty, with a bit of a boutique hotel feeling. The first room they gave us was not great but when we asked to change it they immediately gave us a new one which was good. Good breakfast and nice pools.

Magnificent hotel! Perfect offered service! Too bad that some staff are not very kind. But not all the staff. I thank the man at the reception for upgrading us for my boyfriend’s birthday.

Impressive stay. Smiles were on every staff member's face. Front desk, bell, housekeeping, F&B, spa. All staff were very helpful and friendly. I reserved a jacuzzi suite. Room was spacious enough for us but the jacuzzi, which was supposed to be the highlight of the suite, didn't work properly. Water kept leaking from the drain so we couldn't stop the tap in order to keep the water level. And we couldn't find any switch to turn on the jacuzzi. But these didn't really affect us a lot so we didn't raise during our stay. We still spent our last night at the jacuzzi with a rainy scene. Food and spa were good. But I believe better options will be available in town. The hotel is around 15 minutes from Patong Beach downtown by car. Not far but it cost us 400B/one way each time we went out. It cost less than 600B/one way to the Phuket Old Town, which is a 50-minute drive. In comparison, we really doubted why the downtown trip was so expensive. The hotel has excellent view and the pool is also a highlight. If transportation doesn't concern you interms of cost and time, I do recommend this place for a holiday escape.
