Not a bad enough hotel. The room is spacious. Cleaned upon request and necessity. Breakfast buffet with a choice of 2 porridges, soup, sausages, sausages, vegetables, fruits, scrambled eggs prepared especially for you with different fillings (delicious) yoghurt toppings, etc. The guests are almost all Russian. It’s bad that there are no Russian speakers at the reception or employees. 15 minute walk to the sea. The hotel has a super market and a restaurant, a massage parlor. The pool is clean with space for a jacuzzi. The child liked the children's pool. Nice view from the rooftop. The downside is poor noise insulation. Noisy condo.

Нам отель понравился. Но мы туристы непритязательные. Были с мужем и дочкой (3,5г.), и еще ездила моя мама, жила в соседнем номере. Поселили рядышком, на третьем этаже. Постельное белье местами с пятнами неотстирывающимися, на всякий случай в день заезда сфотографировали, чтобы потом вдруг не предъявили. Каждый день пополняли воду и чайные пакетики/кофе. Номер просторный, светлый, брали с окном и балконом (есть еще вроде номера без вида, окно не на улицу, а в помещение, но все завешено искусственнойт травой, в общем-то нормально с виду, представляла себе по-другому). Вид у нас был на соседний отель и если посмотртеь вбок - виднелся кусочек моря. Завтраки, увы, не шведский стол, но тем не менее мы всегда наедались и нам хватало. Каждое утро были арбузы - их можно было брать сколько хочешь. А горячее всегда одно и то же, выносили каждому отдельно: яичница, бекон, сосиски, тосты, помидор, огурец и лист салата. Было вкусно. В первый день, конечно, мы были в шоке от такого ”шведского стола”, не ожидали, но нормально. Самое главное - это близость отеля к пляжу. Переходишь через дорогу - и все, на месте. Ну и вообще расположение отеля удачное: и кафе хорошие недалеко, и море рядом. В общем и целом я бы вернулась сюда еще.

The hotel is located as a three-star. It is really. The hotel is a regular network hotel. Not better or worse. Tour operators settle it regularly.We were at the hotel in December 2022. The staff of the hotel is trying to maintain order and cleanliness in the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel is normal. I don't think you can stay hungry. Staff respond to requests quickly enough. Cleaning daily with towel replacement, supplementing shampoo, shaking bed. Our choice for the hotel came because he was in the tour operator search engine he was the first, meaning the cheapest. The hotel's dignity in its location. At the same disadvantage. The dignity in the vicinity of the sea, the nutritional places and entertainment. The disadvantage is that it is located at the road from Karon to Patong. Life on this road never silences. So rest after the beach and lunch will not work. Only with tightly closed windows. If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything. There are two important things to note: 1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out. 2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is the ICheck Inn Chill Patong and the address is 18 / 1Rat-u-thit ,200 pee road, kathu, Phuket, 83150, Thailand.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to the staff at the kids club, who were really attentive and caring towards the children, and the housekeeping staff, who helped to keep our room clean during our stay. The room service is very fast too. When we called to request for things, they’d almost come immediately. Besides this, there are a lot of activities for the children such as smoothie making, butterfly sanctuary and etc. There is also a private beach which is very well maintained and clean. Water activities such as snorkelling and kayaking are available at the beach. The only downside is that the hotel is abit secluded. It’s about 10-15 minutes drive to patong and there are no convenience stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this resort for families with children!

We loved our stay here at May House!. May and her family are beautiful, kind, thoughtful people who we connected with and now are so happy to call our friends! They know the area very well and are always willing to help with any suggestions or advice. The hotel is well located in the center of Karon, near restaurants, cafes, spas and bars. The beach is also very close, about 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel room was spacious, cleaned frequently, had a balcony with Mountain View, and a very large, comfortable bed. It came with a kettle, refrigerator, and complimentary water and coffee everyday. If you stay in Phuket, we recommend staying at May House! They went above and beyond to give us the most memorable experience, and we really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you May! :)

This place advertised for Roof Swimming pool and Breakfast availability however, after I checked in I realized none of that was available till May 2023 due to a 6-month renovation. Interestingly enough there was no remodeling, renovation or construction going on. I brought that to the staff's attention and their answer was ”this is a room only facility”. Worse yet, they would not supply a second room key, or electricity key or even some ice. The main receptionist named Ms. Beauty was very nice but, overall this place is NOT WORTH THE MONEY at all (maybe worth half the money I paid). I'll never go back!

Ibis Kata is located nearby Kata beach. The hotel has been around for a while, providing many bedrooms and lots of activities. The hotel itself is abit dated. Reception always get busy. Swimming pool area and breakfast area is pretty decent. There's also a shuttle van from hotel to kata beach and back (5 times a day). Although it is walkable distance too (have to walk around club med area). The telephone in our room is not working during the stay though. And also one of the elevator is out of service during the time as well. Anything else is decent and quite good. The bar lobby area is good for mingle with friends and families. There is also a taxi service from hotel to the airport, you can simply book in advance with the reception team. It is 1000.00 Thai Baht. Special shout out to K. Rujiret (Asst. Front Office Manager) and the crew for being so friendly and going extra miles to help each customer's request.

Both me and my dad stayed at the Karon Cafe Inn for 2 weeks. We had two of the deluxe rooms on the top floor and they had everything you could need. The rooms consisted of fridge/freezer, tv, microwave, tea/coffee, hairdryer, large wardrobes with enough hangers, lots of draws, coffee table and Chairs, large bathroom, with walk in shower. The staff was so lovely and friendly. Room was cleaned daily, bed made, fresh towels provided and two bottles of water too. Nice seating area down stairs to sit and have morning tea/ coffee. The location is great as you are so close to all the food stalls (fruit, bbq, ice cream etc), clothes, souvenir and convenient store (family mart, seven eleven shops) lots of restaurants and bars too which play live music. If your room is on the front then you may hear the music slightly from the bars across the road but it doesn’t go on too late, so wasn’t a problem. You are literally a 5 minute walk from the beach, the gym, the temple etc. I had the best time and will definitely be booking a room at Karon Cafe next time I come to Phuket.
