Ho soggiornato ormai da 1 anno in questo hotel per lavoro ed ormai siamo alla quinta volta con l’esperienza Cimici da letto … portate la prima volta giù in reception trovate come souvenir sul cuscino in camera da letto …. Negli altri alberghi trovi i fiori o i cioccolatini…qui le cimici !!!!!! Siamo alla 5 volta e la signora Barbara mi ha detto per telefono che sono io che ho un’allergia agli acari … in ogni caso non dovrebbero esserci . Essere trattati così è veramente disumano. Io sono un medico se avessi danneggiato così un mio paziente mi sarebbe già arrivata una denuncia …. La prima volta ho mandato addirittura una mail con le foto che testimoniavano le eruzioni cutanee e le bolle con il sangue all’interno …. Beh neanche una telefonata di scuse ho dovuto chiamare io …. Per esigenze lavorative me li sono fatti andare bene ancora … ora basta !!! Ps: ho messo solo alcune foto …. Non tutte !!!! Dovete buttare via materassi e cuscini .

A due passi dalla stazione e dal centro città, svolge perfettamente il suo compito. Funzionale, pulito, il personale è molto cortese ed efficiente Colazione buona per il dolce, meno per il salato, ma questo per un italiano è poco rilevante.

A three-star hotel that needs some improvement, especially the flooring and bathrooms. The room was clean. The staff are friendly and available. Breakfast is reasonable although the food needs to be repositioned more often. The location is central.

Belle chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bains. Parking fermé par une barrière et gratuit. Par contre, un car de touristes assez bruyants est arrivé à une heure du matin et qui ont le matin vers 9H envahi le salon du petit-déjeuner et nous n'avions pratiquement plus rien à boire et à manger et pas de place immédiatement pour s'asseoir. Nous sommes allés à la réception pour nous plaindre, le personnel était dépassé, ils auraient pu nous avertir la veille de l'arrivée de ce groupe !

We stayed in this hotel for just one night in June. I have to say that I had a great time: the rooms are very clean and tastefully furnished: the accommodation had every comfort, even a minibar. The air conditioning worked well and the rooms were soundproofed. Don't forget that we are close to a major road! The reception staff was helpful and ready to give any kind of information we needed. The price paid to stay in a double room with bathroom was very convenient. If you are passing through for a holiday or (like us) for a stopover, I highly recommend it!

The room and bathroom were very small even though my aunt was alone. It was stiflingly hot. The elevator didn't work and my aunt is 90 years old, so she can't climb the stairs alone. This problem wasn't reported either when booking or later and it caused a lot of inconvenience. I also point out the lack of water or other drinks in the mini bar, and they weren't even available at the hotel bar. Because of these problems, the price is outrageous. We have always had a good experience because my aunt is a guest at the hotel every Christmas, but this time we encountered several problems and no willingness to solve them.
