No respetan las plataformas de booking, cuando llegue me dijeron que no aceptan reservaciones hechas en plataformas cuando yo ya había pagado mi reservación por internet, tuve que volver a pagar la noche, muy mal servicio por parte de la empleada, el cuarto sucio sin agua caliente.

Pésimo hotel no respetan reservacion, pague en línea y cuando llegue al hotel me informaron que ya no usaban esa plataforma y me estaban cobrando nuevamente, tengan cuidado con este hotel, el servicio y atención en recepción es pésima, tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel que estaba cerca.

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, todo un fraude porque no respetaron la reservación ya pagada, diciendo que no tienen convenio con la página que ellos mismos tienen publicada como su sitio web en su anuncio de Google (OYO que tampoco se hacen responsables). Cobraron más de $900.00 MXN por una habitación que no vale ni 200, estaba sucia, todo desgastado y roto, el baño estaba descompuesto lo tuve que arreglar, el servicio de internet tampoco servía. El desayuno incluido sólo era vigente por una hora (de 7 a 8 am) después costaba $180 y estaba muy raquítico, unos huevos mal guisados, la salsa era casi agua y los jugos artificiales. Muy mala presciencia y mala atención por el personal de recepción, el Gerente nunca se apareció, no me dieron factura arguyendo que ya no tenía folios y que volviera después, y ya no sigo contando más porque asusta. SALÍ HUYENDO.
