The hotel did not inform in advance that there was no parking lot. The room was very dark, and the beams had burnt marks, making it quite eerie. The toilet seat was broken and the single chair was so stained that I didn't dare to sit on it. Because there is no dressing table, I opened the bedside drawer and found that it was also full of dust and hair, which was not hygienic. Shocked, if this is considered a four star hotel. The breakfast was acceptable and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in the center of the town. In fact, the town is so small that you can explore it in an hour. All in all, I would definitely not stay here if I had to choose again. I won't recommend this '4 stars hotel'.

Great location in the middle of the old town and great value for money. We had a great stay and enjoyed it very much.

I was feeling sick and was on the verge of catching a cold, so I headed to the hotel early. Although other guests were allowed to check in early, I was made to wait because the cleaning wasn't done yet. The woman in charge, Ellie, was very rude and didn't let me into my room even at 3 o'clock. The woman who told me about the bus timetable was kind. The room was small with no view (I wish they would specify this when choosing the room). The only amenities were soap and shower caps provided, and there was not even a kettle. The heating was not turned on and it was very cold because it was on the mountain. When I went to the front desk to borrow a kettle, the woman said that it should be in the room, and if there wasn't, I could just get a cup of hot water at the restaurant, so they wouldn't lend it to me. It was so cold that I caught a cold, so I was in trouble because I wanted to boil water in the kettle and drink hot tea several times. The staff at the restaurant were all very kind, and when I said I had a sore throat, they shared some honey with me. There were many options for breakfast, and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. It was a good price, but if you expect a 4-star hotel, you will be disappointed. There are plenty of other hotels in Pienza that are cheaper and have better views.

Structure in the historic center of Pienza created from an old monastery, service and hospitality at the top, the rooms should only be equipped with a few more 4-star accessories (courtesy kit, slippers, bathrobe) but otherwise a truly enchanting place. Swimming pool with breathtaking views, internal restaurant with service and customer care at the highest levels (well done to all the guys and the owner) even if used only for an aperitif, fantastic breakfast with many local products. Absolutely to return.

位置，環境，風景，都是一流的。性價比超高。建議住兩晚，喝酒，享受風景。地圖有誤，酒店門不顯示後30米是大門。

位置超好，在小鎮入口處，房間和衞生間都比較大，早餐非常豐盛，可選擇性強，唯一不足的是wifi信號不太好。

房間還有一個小套間，觀光環境一流，早餐也很豐盛。不足之處是沒有電梯和洗澡水温度不穩定，不過可以接受。總之強烈推薦。

酒店比較老了，在小鎮限行區內，安全應該沒問題，但就是紅色陳列這些讓我有點害怕哈哈。

古老的修道院改建的，房間很古老，設施也古老，淋雨的水很燙，沒辦法洗澡。酒店的早餐廳環境無敵好。位置在古城裡，沒有停車位。

We were on a 3 1/2 day bike tour around Tuscany, and the outfitter uses this hotel. We did not have a car; we came and went by bike. We stayed two nights. I am surprised by the negative reviews. Our experience was excellent. The rooms were modest and comfortable. We had an incredible view of the Val d’Orcia, unexpected and wonderful! Comfortable beds. Good shower. Good bathroom and sink. Quiet. Elevator up to our 3rd floor room was super convenient. Staff at front desk and breakfast room were friendly, efficient, helpful. Breakfast was included for us and it was good, plus they make you cappuccino on demand! I loved that it was a cloister and I loved the front and back patios. If you are looking for luxury space, I see they have some larger rooms, and maybe those don’t rise to meet expectations, but our experience was great. We needed a comfortable quiet place to sleep before and after biking, and this fit the bill. If I planned to spend a lot of time in the room, it may not work as well. I would stay here again.
