The experience was well received the amenities was top notch the staff was very receptive to all requests and the stay was definitely relaxing I must admit it’s a must whenever I need a great hotel

This is a dirt hotel it definitely should be shut down immediately I would not recommend anyone to stay here

Very relaxing and safe to say peaceful pleasant people easy stay definitely would suggest it to friends and family if they wanted a valuable hotel

This place has so many rooms with bedbugs. It's cheapest around but clearly you get what you pay for in this case.

It was cool but the rooms was not all that the stores are near the hotel in a waking distance so that was good

I had a change of plans and needed to change my rooms. They were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the room I was moved to looked like it hasn't been touched in weeks/months. The bed had no sheets, stains, cut up straws everywhere, TV was on the bed, empty air-rifle box.. trashed room for sure. I went to the desk for help, and they immediately moved me to a new room. Much, much better... but knowing what that one room looked like, left me feeling a bit weirded out for the rest of the hotel. I was under the impression that there was a breakfast, but it was not available. Not a big issue for me tbh. This is definitely a "Get you what you pay for" situation. If I had to stay here again.. I would, if there were no other options.

This isn't the best hotel but it isn't the baddest either all I can say when you trying too save money you basically get what you pay for

Location is great the employees are great especially Javier/ Wafa/Hasan/Qaran and the older lady that works overnight

The front desk agent is very soft spoken but mild mannered and seems friendly enough. The bedding was burned with something even though I’m in a non-smoking room. I have not eaten the food but everything is okay. If it is a necessity, I would recommend this place but I would not recommend for luxury. Note: They accommodate with accessible rooms as well.

The concierge wasn't as helpful as he could have been; luckily there is a slew of convenient, and relevant locations at your disposal in the immediate area (ie. McDonald's, Walgreens, a liquor store, ect.). Also, no disrespect intended, it wouldn't kill them to upgrade the furnishings a tad bit (somethings are quite disgusting tbh); no overkill required for that request in retrospect though.

The people are great I love the staff the go above and beyond to help you

The hallway carpets have to be cleaned or changed. The hotel structure is ok. But the issue is the maintenance.

I loved it it was nice only thing I didn’t like was the parking but othor than that you can take all ya lol jump offs over that way fr it’s a proper spot to thot u feel me… yea u dig 💯 😉
