來平潭玩，在這家原本預訂了3天的房間，結果最後衹住了2天決定還是換酒店。開始的經歷衹能用糟糕來形容。
服務：首先作為酒店而非民宿，卻完全沒有提供酒店的服務，前台的男士小夥完全不幫忙拿行李，甚至把我們的行李落在了去房間的接駁車後。
我定了雅緻第一晚，後2晚是庭院海景，因為第一晚我9點多才到達，諮詢前台是否可以升級。前台告訴我沒有空房，結果攜程上顯示有4間，這時問了才告知我，是不能升級。
衞生：第一晚定的雅緻大床房，進去一股黴味，甚至在床上有米粒和半個飛蟲（這裏由於太氣憤沒有拍照），於是服務員幫我升級到了海逸。但事情發展到這裏，我已經決定退掉後2晚的庭院海景房，這時候服務員又跟我説可以升級，ok，當我真是來白*？謝謝我不要。
綜上總結，感受是酒店的老闆是不差錢的，尤其是不差散客的生意，也不在意散客的評價。老闆陪着團建客人海灘夜夜笙歌，放煙花，狂歡赤膊，好在10點準時結束了。總的來説，酒店的環境還是很美的，裝修都不錯，適合療養，也是沖這個，還是繼續又住了一晚原本訂的庭院海景。但下次不會來啦。

環境不錯，有自己的一片沙灘，前台小姐姐還免費給升了房間，房間很大，房間前有一片泳池拍照很好看！
就是想吐槽一下酒店餐廳，早餐不好吃，晚餐點餐也不太好，明明寫着乾貝冬瓜湯，上來蛤蜊冬瓜湯，還非要説乾貝日就是蛤蜊，是欺負江蘇人沒見過海鮮嗎…
除了食堂其他都不錯，建議趕緊把食堂外包換了吧！
