The all-season hotel is the hotel we have been staying in. The room is clean and tidy. The bed in the twin room is 1.5 meters. It is not available in other hotels. It is really friendly to families with children. There is a restaurant on the 8th floor of the hotel. The pot said that it was delicious. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel called Chucha Family, which is also very delicious, and there is a queue for meals. Driving for about 1 hour, you can go to the beach. 初見這家憶汸平陽院子，純屬偶遇，差旅到此，發現在浙閩交界處，温南邊陲之地，居然還有開臣的分店，民宿在縣城繁華地段的鳴山社區塘河水畔，水系兩側，彼岸高樓大廈鱗次櫛比，夜間霓虹閃爍，日間車水馬龍；然而一衣帶水之處的此岸，恍如隔世般的舊時光穿越感，江南格調，小橋流水人家，晨起遠觀村婦浣溪沙，夜幕邂逅老者糊燈紗，冬日暖陽下是百年古榕廕庇，波光粼粼中是千年古埠氤氲。 院子隱匿在當地民居之中，小鎮規模不大，沿河的各式建築是按照紀年般的樣式，傳統與現代融合撞色，古風與民風的和諧搭配。 與以往下榻的民宿略有細微末節處的別緻，院門極為隱蔽，之所以謙稱院子，確實是沒有晉地各家大院的規模宏大，也不是江南四大古鎮名仕傳承下來的園林雅緻，從前台到中廳，以及後院、餐廳、客房等各處的陳設和點綴，無處不體現着這家品牌的匠心獨運，精心打磨……細節處請各位看官見照片；這家民宿確實無驚艷奢華之感，有的衹是人間煙火般暖人心撫人魂的温馨和氣。 緣何有此感受，衹因我的造訪，是在冬至寒夜，屋外是凜冬已至，朔風呼嘯，然而中庭茶室內，整個院子建築的核心靈魂之處，有藴含春天芬芳的明前香茗，也有暢享夏日艷陽的蘆葦絮語，還有飽經秋日風霜的碩果累累，當然了，鋪墊這些，其實是想表達這家民宿，可以提供沉澱了四季氛圍感的陪伴式服務圍桌煮茶、吃的是乾果，聊的是乾貨。 古有紅袖添香夜讀書之雅興，今有黃湯增芳夜長談之怡情……下榻這家民宿，除了客人，院子裏面唯一的雄性動物應該是院內的寵物，從辦理入住和奉茶閑談的小姐姐，及灑掃庭院的大姐，到精心烹飪不厭其煩的鄰家阿姨，這家民宿的主事人和一眾主理人的親情式服務，完美呈現了冰心長者之説：‘世界上若沒有女人，這世界至少要失去十分之五的真，十分之六的善，十分之七的美’。因此，這家民宿不僅是週末休閑度假消磨時光的去處，也是商旅人士在舟車勞頓商務洽談結束後，可以小憩軀體放鬆心魂的下榻優選。 關於客房，如圖所示，房間的設施設備，中規中矩，卻也一應俱全，洗浴睡眠，都是極為舒適的，一夜安睡，好床好夢。 次日的早餐，元氣滿滿，營養搭配均衡，擺盤清爽，餐廳的桌上是民以食為天，餐廳的牆面是千里江山圖，一個簡單的早餐，瞬間吃出了家國情懷…… 所謂小隱於野，中隱於市，大隱於朝，開臣的匠心，憶汸塘河的底藴，打造出的這家平陽院子，可開悟可體感，其實隱世未必需要避世，隱居在喧鬧的市井繁華中，人世間的嘈雜同樣可以視而不見，從進入這家院子關門閉户的那一刻起，洗盡鉛華怡然自得，灑脱心境寧靜致遠……

酒店設計很美，是預料之外。有健身房，還能燒烤，我們第二天就安排了燒烤，自己烤，在草坪上很開心。老闆娘還送來了在路邊摘的野草莓和桑葚，非常甜～房間很大很乾凈，帶着貓咪我都很放心（我家貓咪長毛小脆寶，最怕犄角旮旯不乾淨之類的），酒店停車很方便，入住時候管家會在門口迎接幫忙拿行李。讓我感動的是家裡小寶腸胃炎半夜吐了一地，酒店的阿姨完全不介意，微笑着安慰我們，老闆娘給我們拿了葯，晚上還特地給小寶煮白粥，連着幾天廚房都關檔了，特地自己到廚房給我們弄粥。老闆娘非常熱心，很真誠，出門前做錯了攻略，把南北雁盪弄混了，老闆娘也熱心幫我推薦時間範圍內可觸達的好玩的景點。她家有條脾氣超好的狗狗，叫臣臣，非常親人，不叫不鬧，非常乖，和老闆娘聊天知道它是流浪狗，一個客人半夜走夜路回來送她到酒店，客人沒有守諾帶它走，於是老闆娘留下了它，像小孩子一樣的寵着。下次去温州還會選擇這家，非常安心。推薦她家隔壁的雷胖子餐廳，很好吃！老闆地道畲族人，幾天都在他家吃，不重樣！推薦拌麪，驚艷到我。小寶帶了魚竿，一家人去酒店門口小溪邊釣魚，小溪邊非常美。這幾天天氣很好，好多人在小河邊露營，這個感覺好極了。這次整個旅行就一直感覺這個地方很美，人也都很真誠可愛！
