The staff didn’t speak English, we didn’t speak Chinese and yet, we had no issues communicating. They were always willing to answer our questions and give us recommendations on what to do or eat. The hotel also has a washing machine to use free of charge. The room itself is big enough, particularly the bathroom was bigger than the one we had in the 4 star hotel in Beijing in which we paid triple the price for. We visited during low season so it was very quiet. Given the price we paid per night using a special promotion, it’s hard for me not to rate 10/10 due to the value for money received.

The inn is great, the service is considerate, the phone calls are proactive, and the hospitality is warm. When we arrived at the parking lot outside the ancient city, someone came to help with the luggage, which really made me feel like I was home. Although the room is small, it is very clean and comfortable. When we checked in, the proprietress helped us plan the tour route according to our schedule, which was really useful. We took the inn's door number to a delicious restaurant for dinner, and they gave us a discount. The next day, we had dinner in the ancient city before leaving. The inn also has free clothing, and taking a few photos in the inn is very photogenic. After a day of fun, I went to the inn to pick up my luggage at night. It was very late and they helped me deliver it to the parking lot. Knowing that we were driving by ourselves, they also gave us a few more bottles of vinegar. Pingyao Ancient City is worth visiting, and I especially recommend booking this inn!

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the county government. It is convenient for a family to stay in a suite. The room is relatively clean. Although the streets in the ancient city are noisy, the room is very quiet and I have a good rest.

We stayed in the Mojin Family Suite with my mother and children, a group of 5 people. The room was spacious, clean and bright. It was warm and thoughtful! I like the boss and his family! Living here is close to the county government and the city wall, and it is also close to Pingyao Theater. It is very convenient to go out. I also recommend friends to live here!

The hotel was located in a traditional house in the centre of the ancient city of Pingyao, where we arrived by taxi to the wall and came to see the hotel owner by bike and loaded some of the baggage we had. Family business. A beautiful hotel. Clean rooms with air conditioning. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. In the owner’s own courtyard, it is very distinctive and comfortable to sleep; it is cost-effective; In the second talk about the service, the boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic, the proprietress will give you a map and tell you in detail about the current situation of the attractions and where to eat discounts, which restaurants are better; I arrived from the ancient city station of Pingyao, and the boss arranged for the car to be picked up for free Inn; when I was about to leave, the lady boss was still very enthusiastic to take me to the train station (but I declined haha) The most important thing is that the boss and the proprietress are really nice people. Because I had a friend from Shanxi who came to accompany me to the ancient city temporarily, the big bed room I originally booked felt inappropriate. I proposed to the boss to upgrade the room type in advance to make up for the price difference. In the end, the boss took the initiative to let me choose one of the rooms that were vacant that night (the one with one bed and one kang in the attic), and there was no price difference! The food in the restaurant is average, not as rich as Hilton in other cities. After finishing a stir-fry, it was not replenished in time. Of course, the price is not expensive, the wontons are salty, it is convenient to drive by yourself, and it is close to the ancient city of Pingyao. Pingyao Ancient City also feels like it is like that. The light show at the south gate is not open, and the south gate is not open either. You have to go around the west gate. There is a battery car going to the ancient city at the door of the hotel, which costs ten yuan a person.
