Absolutely stubbing! Our best hotel for this Europe trip of 2 weeks. Huge room, huge toilet with rain shower. Great hospitality and perfect location near the train station as well. Walking distance to attractions and nice restaurants. Well done!

Out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed at I can easily say the most friendly, welcoming and professional staff I’ve ever come across. From answering every question I had before arriving, giving expert advise for nearby parking, to recommending restaurants and calling on the day and checking our arrival time, this hotel sets the standard for communication, we were so impressed. We went for the superior double room with spa bath. The room was ready for us on arrival and we were welcomed by extremely friendly staff. All the staff we came across speak perfect English. A bottle of sparkling wine was complimentary in the room, and due to celebrating a birthday balloons and chocolate were also provided. The room boats a large double bed, double shower and the luxury spa bath. Breakfast is provided via room service in the morning, arriving with croissants, pastries, orange juice, cereal, yoghurts and more. We only stayed the one night but we would 100% visit again, it was a 10/10 experience and it’s clear to see why this hotel is winning so many awards. Parking at the nearby public car park was extremely safe with a special €18 for 24 hours ticket provided by the hotel. Thank you to the amazing staff for providing us with such a fantastic stay!

Allarmato dalle pessime recensioni degli Hotel a Pisa nelle vicinanze del Teatro Verdi, che era il mio punto di interesse per assistere ad un’opera, ho deciso di scegliere un B&B con buone recensioni. Scelta azzeccata: La signora all’accoglienza estremamente gentile, disponibile a dare ogni informazione e aiutare per ogni necessita’. Camera pulita, bella e senza difetti. Non potendo fare colazione (dovendo partire presto) ci hanno portato un ricco buffet la sera prima. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo

Property close to the train station and the location of the hotel is central. Not a suitable hotel for the elderly or disabled, and families with young children because you face the high stairs to reception area and rooms on even higher floors. The receptionist offer you help with your luggage on arrival but don’t expect help on check out. Breakfast the only option is breakfast delivered to your room at a given time 8.30am! Breakfast is very minimal with basic small cold items placed on a tray. No eggs, no cheese, or milk. Pricey hotel.

A little piece of heaven!
This was a one night piece of heaven on a 3 week trip. Beautiful space, wonderful people and close to everything including the train station. Their recommendations led us to the best meal of our trip. Their thoughtfulness meant we did not need anything, they had thought of our every need. We will definitely be back, thank you Cini! We loved our night here, the staff were lovely and it was quiet and in easy access to the Main Street. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable with everything you would want from a room. Great shower too.

Lovely staff ; welcoming , helpful and kind. The room was terrific with a huge bathroom. It is only a few mins walk from pisa centrale station ( which is very easy to get to from the airport via the excellent pisamover shuttle train) . Breakfast is to your room by tray at 8.30 but there are good cafes nearby if the time does not suit. It was easy to leave my luggage in advance which I really appreciated.
