Nice simple hotel with good room and facilities. Perfect for 1-2nights stay and worth the price. Staff at reception Marko was friendly and helpful with information and tips

Simple and friendly hotel, well located near the central station. The least positive thing was the bath towels, very thin and small.

Positive points: Convenient because not far from the airport (about 25 min walk), same distance to get to the Tower of Pisa. Quite a few shops, restaurants and snacks in the area. Friendly staff. Negative points: When we arrived in the evening around 7:30 p.m., the door was closed and after ringing about ten times, no one to open the door for us. No one inside. We finally called the number displayed on the door to be given the entry code and the room number where the key was waiting for us. You had to know that! Breakfast not very varied. But above all, no air conditioning in my room, a real oven. Good for one night when arriving or departing....

Great

The location is optimal, next to the train station and opposite the Keith Haring mural. In a pleasant walk along a pedestrian shopping street, you can reach the center of Pisa in 10 minutes. The but has it that the reception is closed at night, and that there are many stairs to get to the rooms, and that I was on the first floor. The room is the smallest I've ever been in, literally the bed and the right step to get through, but the bathroom was renovated and everything was clean. For a stopover night it is perfect, for a vacation and to enjoy the room, no. Friendly staff by phone to access the hotel

This was the worst hotel I've ever been in. From the front door to the bedroom it was dirty and dingy. The window of the door was dirty. I was no reception and the "manager" kept me waiting outside on a very busy street in very hot temperatures for a half hour to come and let me in. The whole place was shabby. The bedroom was so small I could touch both walls by stretching my arms out, the length of the room was just about a foot longer than the single bed. The air conditioning was more of a warm breath than cool breeze. The room reeked of dampness and mould and that chemical smell from heavy bug repellent. The toilets and shower were just as bad, not very clean and smelling of damp and decay. I stayed long enough to use the WiFi to find another hotel and got out of there as quick as I could. There being no lift so had to carry my heavy suitcase back down two flights of stairs to escape.

Very Good

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and we sincerely enjoyed it. It is an old building but the rooms have everything you need. Spacious bathroom, good beds, smart tv, fridge, kettle etc. We only had minimal contact with staff as this is a small hotel and thus staff is not available for the whole day, but the little contact we had, the staff was courteous and most helpful. the hotel lies in a very central part of Pisa with close proximity to airport and train station. The only thing one has to be aware of is that there is no lift so its usually one or two flights of stairs to one's room. All in all, very satisfied.

The hotel is a great option for travelling further around the region, as it's just a few minutes walk from the train station. At the same time it's 1.5 km from the airport (easy to walk) and 1.5 km from the old town. Very convenient. As it's in the centre it's really loud inside, we could hear all the rumours/cars from the street. Breakfast - very limited. Also the presence of the receptionists was limited just to the breakfast time, but thanks to this all the procedures are uncomplicated and automatic. Very nice Staff.

Hotel is located right near the train station on a busy road. 25 minute walk from the airport too. Facilities basic and clean. Breakfast was selection of croissants and jams etc. Useful as a base for a night or two. Cleaner and the guy serving breakfast/on reception were both very nice. Worth noting that reception doesn't always have someone attending in the afternoon and you have to WhatsApp/call them for the door code.

We stayed there on the 9th, together with some of our friends, we were given room 241 which overlooks the main road! Upon entering the room we immediately smelled a very bad smell of sewage mixed with a terrible room perfume, on the bed there was an eco-leather mat with a foot print underneath, the bathroom was very dirty and unbearable with a finger of dust everywhere even the ants that they were hanging around on the sink! Due to the bad smell, we were forced to open the window but being on a main road with cars, ambulances, groups of kids etc. etc. coming and going, we maybe slept 2 hours in total! The breakfast was painful, it felt like being trapped HORRIBLE NOT RECOMMENDED

Booked for one night, due to its proximity to the station and the main points of interest (Lungarno, 'old' Pisa and evening venues for dining, Piazza dei Miracoli. Reachable on foot or by bus..) Our room on the first floor was clean and comfortable, even if not very large; small bathroom, but with comfortable shower) Room well isolated from outside traffic. The fresh water found in the mini fridge, the basket of sweets, the possibility of making tea in the room, the slippers and products in the bathroom, razor and toothbrush included, are appreciated upon arrival. It's true, the reception closes in the afternoon, but the guest is provided with a code to enter on the keyboard to enter the hotel and a mobile number to refer to for any needs. On the first floor I found a designated space for smokers, as the room does not have a balcony. Regarding breakfast: certainly not the buffet breakfasts of big hotels, but everything you need for a nutritious breakfast, fruit juice and yogurt included. Possibility of luggage storage both on arrival and departure. Lastly, the courtesy of those who welcomed us upon arrival and greeted us upon departure already makes the difference...

Bad experience, old hotel, lots of dust everywhere, cramped, old and dirty bathroom. Shower impracticable, full of mold and hair. There were many ants...also found on the bed. The breakfast did not offer good products. The reception is present only a few hours in the morning. The price paid of €130.00 per night is excessive compared to the service offered.

Not a bad location just a few steps from the train station and 10 minutes from the airport. Only positive note. Dirty room, hair and dust everywhere. I expect more from a 130 euro per night room that only offers you an overnight stay. Reception present only for a few hours a day.

We are in Paris as a couple for a week in Tuscany by TUI. The first hotel on our tour was Hotel La Torre. Arrival at 8 p.m., no receptionist, a telephone number to call. The person on the line gave us the room access code and room number. No soundproofing in the rooms. Room on the 1st floor (no elevator). Large bathroom with shower (no water pressure in the shower). Toilet button not working. Hotel close to the station. It was not a nice part of Pisa. No parking You had to park on the street. 1€70 for 1 hour of parking. Paid public parking from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Breakfast good. Good coffee.

Really disappointed! I was in this property for a weekend, bad service, poor cleaning and a rather shabby environment! The reception is only open in the morning, the rooms are not soundproofed, the shutters do not close properly. The bathroom is small and there is no way to move. Let's talk about the room, I just say that I passed a towel over the headboard of the bed and I was speechless, the towel from white has turned brown! I think the floor of the rooms is only vacuumed and never washed, all sticky and dirty! Do we want to talk about breakfast? Which breakfast? Rusks, jams, fruit in syrup of a few weeks and some acid juice ... somewhat disappointed in this structure. I will never go back!
