The listing for this property was incorrect. What we thought we were getting was 3 queen beds with 2 bathrooms. Instead, we got 2 adjoining units that had 1 queen bed each, a pull-out sofa, & 3 bathrooms. Each unit had its own kitchen. When we arrived, the door between our rooms was locked so we had to go out to the porch & into the other unit to be with our friends. This wouldn't have been an issue, except when we left our room, the door locked & the automatic keypad stopped working (the battery died), so we could not get back into our room for 2 hours. The property manager wasn't going to back until later that evening, so finally she sent someone to unlock our door. My other issue was that there was only 1 mini split (air conditioning unit) in each unit in the bedrooms. We could not close the bedroom doors because the rest of the apartment would get so hot! Plus, the person who was stuck sleeping on the pull-out couch in the living room would have been sweating. A minor detail is the plunge pool was cloudy & dirty looking, so we opted not to use it. The windows were metal shutters with no glass, which I found odd. Other than that, the hotel is located in a convenient area to walk to however, the parking is really for a golf cart only. (They let us park our SUV in the small driveway, but it was a huge project to get it there!) The staff was polite & did their best to assist us with the issues we encountered. The rooms were clean & well stocked. I really liked the decor.

Wonderful place! This guest house exceeded our expectations. There are more extras included here than are listed online. The full kitchen has every kitchen gadget that you would have at home, including a blender for smoothies. Stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil. Bathroom amenities include makeup cloth, q tips cotton balls. There is a lockable safe, keyless door locks, cell phone for local calls, beach chairs and towels, board games. The staff are excellent, friendly and accommodating , addressing any minor needs quickly. Thank you Dora and Sid. The AC kept it comfortable, when used. Unfortunately the building heats up due to other close buildings, south exposure and lack of wind reaching it, unless it’s a north wind. Bugs are a problem at night with no breeze. The location is ideal, close to the sidewalk, beach and Main Street with all the stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Needs a little more maintenance, decaying wood on stairs, rusted metal on deck chairs and bbq.
