Nice stay for a short break. Lovely pool area although sunbeds a bit worn. Friendly staff - especially at pool bar. Rooms could do with a refurbishment - no air con, only ceiling fan therefore room was very hot. I believe a gradual refurbishment of the blocks is taking place so hopefully this will be included.

The good: 👍
The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need.
The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty.
There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with.
Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant.
Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views.
The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated.
The bad:👎
Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom)
All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment.
Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Wij hebben een geweldig leuke vakantie gehad. Maar vooral door het animatieteam. Zij maakte echt onze vakantie top! Poolparty, de show's en de activiteiten. Zij verdienen echt een 10. Ik vond zelf het eten erg eentonig waardoor we in de avonden vaak buiten de deur aten. Drinken krijg je vanuit gerecyclede plastic bekers, ik vond dit zelf niet heel fris omdat je bekers er gebruikt uitzagen en stonken. Dit verpestte echt je drankje. Kamer was opzicht goed. Wel mistte wij de airco enorm. Nergens een plek om even af te koelen. De diertjes op het resort vonden we ook leuk, vooral de kinderen wilde elke dag even langs ze. Wat we wel jammer vonden, dat het zwembad met glijbanen zoutwater was. Wanneer dit ook zoetwater had geweest had je wellicht ook de drukte rondom het andere zwembad kunnen verspreiden. De kinderen mistte nu echt wel een glijbaantje maar het zoutwaterbad was echt te zout.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo con i ragazzi dell'animazione sia Alpitour che Internazionale, in particolare Arianna e Francesca che sono due ragazze molto accoglienti e tanto affettuose. È il terzo anno che veniamo in questo hotel ma quest'anno per quanto riguarda l'animazione è stato il massimo. Un 10+ per il Capo animazione dell'hotel ALEX e Arianna responsabile Alpitour. Torneremo sicuramente anche il prossimo anno!!

Ho fatto insieme a mio marito 15 giorni qui al Park Club Europe, dato che ci siamo trovati benissimo ho consigliato anche a mia figlia questo posto e arriverà prossima settimana anche lei per 15 giorni. Animazione fantastica, con Alex, Arianna, Francesca, Martina e Alessio ci abbiamo legato in maniera particolare per la loro generosità. Consiglio anche ai miei amici di venire in questa struttura. Spero di ritrovare questi ragazzi quando tornerò l'anno prossimo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! Melisa e Nando

Animazione eccellente.....soprattutto Alex Arianna e le ragazze del mini club dove i miei figli hanno partecipato costantemente Struttura non molto pulita,per quanto riguarda il cibo il buffet offre sempre le solite cose,carente nella pulizia delle camere.

• Animazione: eccellente, quindi il team di intrattenimento è molto attivo e coinvolgente. Staff Alpitour e staff del villaggio da 10 e lode. • Cibo: buono, con pasti di qualità che soddisfano le aspettative. • Posizione: ottima, vicino al mare, e alla spiaggia. • Pulizia: molto scarsa, che rappresenta un punto critico e abbassa la qualità complessiva della struttura . Polvere da pertutto dopo 1-2 segnalazioni alla reception . Lenzuola sporchi , a volte letto da fare per qualche giorno , bicchieri mezzi pieni in giro x la struttura dopo giorni che non vengono puliti o levati . È un peccato abbassare il livello per la pulizia perché la struttura meriterebbe un bel 8
