Nice stay for a short break. Lovely pool area although sunbeds a bit worn. Friendly staff - especially at pool bar. Rooms could do with a refurbishment - no air con, only ceiling fan therefore room was very hot. I believe a gradual refurbishment of the blocks is taking place so hopefully this will be included.

The good: 👍
The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need.
The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty.
There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with.
Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant.
Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views.
The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated.
The bad:👎
Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom)
All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment.
Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in famiglia presso questa struttura e siamo stati molto contenti! Posizione eccellente per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse della zona e per belle passeggiate sul lungomare. In confronto agli anonimi palazzoni della zona circostante si presenta come un insieme di costruzioni di medie dimensioni, alternate ad aree con vegetazione meravigliosa. Due grandi piscine con spazio davvero per tutti. Camere grandi e comode, arredamento un po' datato ma comodo e funzionale. Gentilissimo il personale della reception. Cibo abbondante e vario, ha accontentato sempre i gusti di tutta la famiglia, anche con piacevoli serate di cucina tipica; notevole la pizza! Una nota di merito a tutta l'animazione. Complimenti al capo animazione Alex e ai suoi ragazzi! Un grazie particolare a Francesca ed Eline del mini club e poi tutti i ragazzi dediti a sport e intrattenimento: Arianna, Martina, Lorenzo, Nicoletta, Selina, Alessio e Fabio. Note: pulizia non eccellente ma comunque buona e risposta rapidissima (stanza pulita pochi minuti dopo aver fatto presente la problematica). Il parcheggio gratuito segnalato è in realtà quello pubblico sulla strada (in ogni caso si riesce a trovare senza troppe difficoltà ma magari non vicinissimo). Per concludere: molto soddisfatta!

Très bel hôtel propre, magnifique chambre. Attention si vous êtes au 2e, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et personne pour vous aider à monter les valises. A DÉCONSEILLER AUX FUMEURS !! VOUS SEREZ TRAITER COMME DES PARIA. INTERDIT DE FUMER PARTOUT DANS L'HÔTEL. Uniquement sur votre balcon et dans une zone fumeurs et encore pas toute la journée. Autre bémol, les tables du restaurant, uniquement des tables de huit personnes, Vous devez souvent manger avec des gens qui ne vous plaisent pas spécialement . Bonjour l'intimité.

Siamo tornati da questo splendido posto una settimana fa. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di relax e divertimento per tutta la nostra famiglia. Hotel a nostro parere molto bello, complesso non enorme, ricco di zone verdi con animali. Camere pulite e con tutto quel che serve. Il personale molto gentile e pronto a risolvere con prontezza eventuali difficoltà. Il ristorante nella norma, sempre presenti più di due alternative di griglia ( carne e pesce). Un grandissimo GRAZIE a al team di animazione ( non siamo persone che amano il troppo coinvolgimento). Questi ragazzi hanno davvero saputo intrattenerci e e divertirci. Ottimi performer negli spettacoli e nelle varie attività proposte. I nostri bimbi non volevano uscire dal villaggio. Un grandissimo grazie ad Alex ( capo villaggio) E ai suoi ragazzi spero di non dimenticarne nessuno Francesca❤️cuore del mini club una ragazza davvero speciale per noi❤️insieme ad ELINE formano una coppia super per il divertimento dei nostri bambini 🤗. Non da meno per sport intrattenimento Arianna, Martina,Lorenzo🤗 Un grazie a tutti gli altri animatori della team internazionale Nicoletta, Selina, Alessio e Fabio. Sono arrivata in questa struttura con un gruppo di 80 persone, mi sono inserita molto bene con gli animatori Alex, Arianna, Francesca, Fabio e Martina ma in generale con tutto il gruppo animazione ed il personale dell'hotel (pizzaiolo compreso). Ci ha soddisfatto tutto quanto, a partire dalla camera, dal cibo, dalle piscine e dai diversi spettacoli serali. Se c'è la salute, torneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo!!

Hotel bellissimo, ampio, ben attrezzato, ben servito con bar e 2 ristoranti, adatto al relax ma anche al divertimento. Unica pecca: il pesce presente in entrambi i ristoranti è di scarsa qualità... andrebbe migliorato. Mentre il buffet con carne, frutta, primi ecc tutto molto valido e con tanta varietà. Animazione eccellente, ragazzi molto bravi e accoglienti per le 2 settimane trascorse qua.. Un grazie speciale ad Alex, Fabio, Lorenzo, Arianna, Francesca, Martina che spero di ritrovare il prossimo anno quando tornerò... Trovando anche il pesce migliorato!!
