The hotel is very nice, very pleasant surprise. And it’s the off-season, so there aren’t many people, so the experience is very good. Suitable for adults and bringing older children. The balcony of the room has various deck chairs, parasols and dining tables. very convenient. The hotel itself also has a Michelin restaurant and a seaside bar and restaurant.

If it's not the best hotel then it must be pretty close. Our 8th visit. C-19 intervened or it would have been 11). The location, the service the ambiance is truly second to none. It's a family owned business. You can tell. The team are all first class. Many have been here for several years. They all merit recognition ,Eric, Ion, and Yohan come to mind on reception. Anibal, Andy, Alberto and Eva FoH. Sorry if I've missed anyone, you all deserve a mention. The hotel is always clean and tidy. The housekeeping team are first class(often the unsung heros). Breakfast to dream of. You'll not find a better breakfast anywhere (and prepared by a Michelin starred chef. Come on what's not to like... ) The breakfast will keep you going for the rest of the day. Dinner in the lovely restaurant Tiziano always sublime. Excellent wine list. We love coming as often as we can for breaks of 6 to 8 days business and family permitting. I'm tempted to move in for four months of the year....

It's a crime that we have to leave, we said to ourselves, as we sit on the balcony hearing the waves wash against the shore, but it's our last day in paradise, and we have to leave this beautifully appointed Hotel at the end of the Golden Mile and a short walk through the amazing Hotel gardens to the private beach where each evening you can watch the beautiful sunset. The breakfast each morning had everything you could ask for, from Capers to Smoked Salmon, from Hard Boiled Eggs to Eggs Benedict and a range of breads and cheeses that we've never seen bettered in any other Hotel Breakfast Buffet. All staff from cleaners to the management were friendly, professional and attentive, you don't have to fight for sunbeds as there are more than enough to go around, you've the pick of being by the pool, cafe/bar area or in a more hidden locations snuggled amongst the trees, we've stayed in many good Hotels in Tenerife, and this Hotel is head and shoulders above any of them, as you may guess, we'd a wonderful stay and we go to Tenerife 2 or 3 times a year and in the future this will be our go to Hotel.

Just home after spending 11 fantastic days at the hotel. From our arrival the staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with a view of the garden. I had a good chat with a guy called Axel who I think was a manager. He was very friendly and knowledge about the hotel. The breakfast was excellent so many different choices. We will definitely be returning next year.

As the title says, this is definitely the best hotel in Playa des Las America's! Most importantly are the lovely, happy, obliging staff in all areas of the hotel. Antonio is fantastic and sorts our holiday room out for us, Eric is great also and very helpful, as are all the other reception staff. All the staff in the breakfast area are so polite and are only to happy to get your morning hot drink, a vast assortment to choose from. The staff are at hand to clear finished plates away for you, it really is a lovely, chilled experience first thing in the mornings. A vast choice of breakfast items to suit all tastes. I would like to mention Sergio in the breakfast area, he really looked after my husband and I for the two weeks holiday, always knowing what drinks we had in the mornings and warmly greeting you. The housekeepers are all lovely and do a great job of keeping every area of the hotel clean. Rooms, bathrooms are cleaned daily and beds changed everyday. The towels are changed twice a day. The hotel is Mexican themed throughout, there is space and tranquility within the hotel grounds, it really is peaceful. My husband and I have stayed at Villa Cortes seven times, normally twice a year and we wouldn't stay anywhere else, definitely a better class than neighbouring hotels! A great location also, right on the seafront and to all the shops and restaurants. Nice to see Wiki again, the hotel Frenchie, she's lovely and friendly.
