we spent here some nights on our short bike holiday. overall it is a very good hotel with all facilities you need such as swimming pool, welness, fitness. staff is friendly even it their English can be improved. Their main public are Germans. breakfast and diner buffet are ok with a lot of variety. negative point is the location as it is located 100 meter from the nightlife hotspot so you have a lot of noice till deep in the night.

Furchtbar aggressives Personal in der Nacht. Wir, als 2 "harmlose" Frauen haben uns im Hoteleingang geirrt und wurden von 2 Security verfolgt und gefragt was wir da machen. Obwohl wir nur vor der Tür standen, kamen direkt aus dem Hotel 2 Typen gestürmt. Wir haben Angst bekommen und wollten weg laufen. Daraufhin haben die beiden Männer uns verfolgt und festgehalten. Wir wurden angebrüllt. Furchtbarer Umgang.

Me ha encantado el hotel. Magnífica ubicación y trato excelente. El desayuno immejorable con muchas variedades de comida. A la llegada nos atendió Paco quien fue muy amable especificando todos los servicios disponibles del hotel y las facilidades de este.

Cutting a holiday short has never been something I’ve even considered but this trip was the least relaxing experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is 99% German, I can’t imagine any one of any nationality other than German enjoying this hotel. It’s based in a party area, non stop noise at all hours. Left the hotel to go the airport at 4am and there was still music blaring and loud drunk people on the streets. Didn’t want to give the hotel less than 2* as the actual hotel is nice, rooms are good & staff friendly. It’s the clientele & location that let it down. Either the hotel need to own the fact this is a party hotel for Germans, or sound proof the rooms and stop allowing big disruptive groups book. Left a day early & would never return to Palma.

In the main the hotel was fine just one issue. My wife has been a vegetarian for 44 years, the restaurant does not provide vegetarian options. Two nights had no main courses for veggies specifically 'protein'. One night she had rice, carrots, broccoli and hard boiled eggs from the salad bar, that was it. Reception staff and head waiter did not seem to understand vegetarian protein.

We wanted to book a room for 3 and have an extra bed as the site mentioned, and after all we had to cancel de reservation with our flights booked cause they just accepted 2 persons per room. What a shame. If I ad a son with 19yo, he had to stay in a room alone ? Not good for family trips at all.

Wir waren im Februar 2024 über Trendtours in dem Hotel untergebracht. Das Personal und die Küche waren mit der Reisegruppe hoffnungslos überfordert. Die Anzahl der Plätze im Restaurant waren nicht ausreichend. Das Essen gab es in Buffetform. Die Behälter mit den Speisen waren schnell leer und wurden sehr schleppend, nach langer Wartezeit, aufgefüllt. Die Gerichte und die Qualität der Speisen hatten kein 4--Sterne Niveau. Lediglich die Getränkepreise hatten 4-Sterne Niveau. Unser Zimmer war sauber, klein aber funktionell eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus schauten wir auf eine ca. 7 Meter entfernte Hauswand. An der Hauswand befand sich eine Dunstabzugshaube. Die Gerüche zogen ins Zimmer. Unterhalb des Balkons lag Sperrmüll. Das Hotel können wir nicht weiter empfehlen.

L’accueil, le buffet, le bar sont très bien ! Nous y sommes allés pour la 4e mais malheureusement le spa n’est pas à la hauteur : l’âge adulte et l’intérêt du lieu (calme) ne sont pas respectés par les vacanciers (sans gêne), et pas contrôlés par l’hôtel, si bien que le calme est loin d’être satisfaisant… Dommage car cet hôtel a de grosses qualités…

Tutto perfetto, dalla cortesia e disponibilità del personale alberghiero, alla pulizia della stanza, alla colazione a buffet ogni mattina diversa. Ottimi anche i due ristoranti che sono all'esterno dell' hotel. Ottima posizione sia per il centro che per il mare di fronte. Basta attraversare la strada e si è già in spiaggia. Mare stupendo. Spiagge pulitissime. Insomma tutto molto soddisfacente. Avrei dato 10!.
