Playa de Palma Hotels with Wi-Fi

Beim HM Ayron Park handelt es sich um ein gehobenes Ballermann Hotel (ich würde den Anteil der ”Partygäste” mit ca. 50% beziffern) welches fußläufig sowohl vom Megapark als auch vom Bierkönig erreichbar ist. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön - die normalerweise für Spanien typische Gastfreundschaft hab ich jedoch vermisst - man war nicht unfreundlich aber in der Art der Kommunikation teilweise doch sehr bestimmt (was bei manchen Gästen vielleicht auch notwendig ist und dadurch möglicherweise bereits zur Routine geworden ist - man sollte hier versuchen zu differenzieren). Die Putzkräfte sind sehr gründlich und die Zimmer zum Glück relativ gut schallisoliert - lautes Gegröle der aktuellen Ballermann Hits kann man jedoch trotzdem immer wieder trotz geschlossenen Fenster vernehmen = also für einen Entspannungsurlaub ist das Hotel trotz mehreren schönen Poolanlagen (auch am Dach) und Wellness Bereich, nur bedingt geeignet. Das sollte einem aber bei dieser Lage ohnehin bewusst sein. Kulinarisch würde ich das Frühstück als ausgezeichnet bezeichnen - hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts - vom nach Wunsch zubereiteten Omelett, frischen Avocados, Lachs, Sekt bis hin zu sämtlichen Komponenten die man sich von einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet erwartet, gibt es hier alles. Die Speisen/Snacks die von uns am Pool konsumiert wurden, waren zwar in Ordnung, aber für den insgesamt doch gehobenen Anspruch des Hotels eher enttäuschend: Die Burgerpattys waren tot gebraten und die Salami Pizza hatte kaum Geschmack und war mehr als fettig. Bei den Getränke Preisen ist man preislich etwas höher angesiedelt - was für ein 5* Hotel auch in Ordnung ist - so kostet zB ein Aperol Spritz €10,- Ein Late Check Out am Abreisetag war nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen zwar möglich (gegen einen Aufpreis von €10,- pro Stunde für jedes Einzelzimmer), an der Kommunikation konnte man aber merken, dass das eher widerwillig angeboten wird. Wir haben gleich bei der Anreise nach diesem Service gefragt, wobei wir darauf verwiesen wurden, dass diesbezüglich am Abreisetag zwischen 10:15 -10:30 Uhr nochmal nachfragen soll (das sei das normale Prozedere - was mir am Tag vor der Abreise auch nochmal von einem anderen Mitarbeiter bestätigt wurde) Das Hotel wirke jetzt nicht vollständig ausgelastet (Ende Oktober) was diese Vorgehensweise dann doch etwas fragwürdig erscheinen lässt (immerhin ist der normale Check Out bereits um 11 Uhr - was bei einer negativen Antwort dann für unnötigen Stress sorgen würde). Zusammengefasst würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen - es war für unsere Männerrunde bestens geeignet.

The location is right in the middle of Palma beach. The hotel is almost connected to the beach. Since it is the off-season, most of the shops on the beach side are closed. The sea water is too cold, so winter is not the season to go into the water. However, the hotel's swimming pool is heated, and there are also guests swimming in the pool. The rooms all face the sea. The rooms are very large and have bathtubs. Each room also has a terrace, which is also super large. It's just that the decoration is simple, bottled water is not supplied, and the shampoo/hair conditioner/shower gel and hair dryer are all hung on the wall, which is unprecedented in a 5-star hotel. Fortunately, I brought toilettes, but I gave up on the wall-mounted hair dryer. It was completely useless and I slept with my hair wet. The staff are very welcoming. When I arrived, they almost rushed out to push my luggage for me. I was a little scared. There would also be a welcome drink and a goodbye drink when I arrived and when I left. Acceptable off season value. There were so many people at breakfast, and the buffet breakfast was totally unappetizing, except for smoothie.

The room is so big and comfortable The hotel pool is good, no one swims in the water because many older uncles, uncles, Li, vacation 😂 However, the pool towels can be borrowed first than cash deposit. A very satisfying holiday experience. Because of the decoration, I stayed in another Iberostar Hotel. The location is very good, right by the beach, with great scenery. It was very pleasant to walk on the beach after dinner. There is a bus stop at the door with buses to and from the hotel and the city center, which is very convenient. The service is even more satisfactory, worthy of the five-star price. This is not the first time I have come to Mallorca, but this time I am most satisfied with my stay, and I will come again next time.

Great modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

The hotel pool is nice, with indoor and outdoor facilities, but when we went, the weather was still a bit cold, so it was useless. The room was clean, with a balcony, and it was very close to places to eat on foot.

Where to start, wow. The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our room, 525, was the best, with jacuzzi and lounge, impeccably clean, as was the whole hotel, they even wash the walls daily. All the staff were super efficient, great banter with the boys in the bar every night, thank you. The breakfast was outstanding, fruit selection fantastic and the poached eggs were the best I have had anywhere, thank you. We had a slight issue, no need to mention what it was, but without doubt it was sorted immediately, thank you for your kindness and understanding. We have already recommended you to our friends back home and hope this review will encourage more guests to stay with you. Keep doing what you are doing because it is perfect, thank you.

supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

I agree with others’ comments about the cleanliness and friendliness (and lovely smiles) of all staff at the unpretentious Tent Capi Playa, the lukewarm buffet dishes, and the lack of bedroom fridge and tea/coffee making facility………… but there is a safe and hairdryer…… and hot and cold drinks machines in the foyer available 24/7. I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! There are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the local bendy bus (mostly green and white) stop is just under 2 blocks away from the hotel. There are 2 services – the A2 goes to the airport (cost €5pp) and the No 25 goes to Palma in one direction and s’Arenal in the other (cost €2pp for any length of a single journey). If you’re coming to the hotel catch the bus labelled No A2 at the airport or “25 s’Arenal” from Palma and watch the onboard info screen for “Proxima parada (next stop) Balneari 9” and press one of the red stop buttons to alert the driver. The hotel is just around 200 yards back. Pay the driver with cash as you board (but don’t use a higher than €10 note), take your change and ticket. If you’re going to/from the airport, the journey time is about 25 minutes and runs at 45 minute intervals. If you’re going to Palma the bus is labelled “Catedral – Palma Express”. There’s a bus every 10 to 12 minutes or so and it takes around 35 minutes to the cathedral or about a further 10 minutes to “Proxima parada Placa d’Espanya” where the main island modern train and bus station (Estacio Intermodal) and historic Soller train station are both just across the busy road from the bus stop (“H”). Beware, though, the Palma bus could be hugely overcrowded, or full, especially at ‘rush’ hour heading for Palma…… and that was in March. Several times it was so full that it didn’t even stop though once or twice there was a second bus right behind. The historic train station is accessed through a café over the road to the left of the two low white buildings. You’ll probably need to buy a ticket in advance (online, one week beforehand) and I recommend you add the tram down to Port de Soller. I paid €39 for the combined round trip. Great hotel, facilities are very good, not enough to play in the hotel. Ten minutes from the beach, there is a big supermarket at the door. There are some small shortcomings, we sleep upstairs in the restaurant, breakfast in the morning is a bit noisy. In addition, I stayed for two days and gave a bottle of water. I wanted to ask for one more bottle. For breakfast, the Chinese are not used to eating, it is recommended not to use this money. I should stay here next time.
