The Fives Downtown Hotel & Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton Reviews

Location is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not.

One of the best hotel in Playa I'm for sure will be back the location is also great

Overall the hotel was clean, but the facilities were noticeably old - the bathroom mirror was dirty, the shower nozzle didn't work, and the water pressure was weak. There was also a party on the first floor or on the rooftop that went on until nearly midnight, so the music was loud and I was woken up by the constant sound of chairs being pulled from the floor above at around 3am. The breakfast was good on the first day but not so good on the second day. I also didn't understand why I was charged an additional fee on the day, even though I had booked and paid the rate which included accommodation tax. It's well located, but considering the price it is a Samsung hotel.

It's good for the price. There seem to be quite a few Koreans. It's really great that there's a rooftop pool. There's a lot to see around. I highly recommend it.

The room is large and the facilities are complete and useful The decoration of the hotel is very unique 2 minutes walk from ADO station 2 minutes walk from CI banco where you can exchange money. 4 minutes walk from the beach 1 minute walk from Fifth Avenue 5 minutes walk from Kosumer Speedboat Terminal Rooftop infinity pool Carmen's one of a kind

The coffee pot doesn't boil water ㅜㅜ Everything else is good, including the location! The rooftop rooftop is also nice!! The counter staff are also very friendly and nice!

It was so nice and kind than I expected, so I felt good I was so satisfied

No bells and whistles for breakfast. Location is good.
