No tiene estacionamiento, te envían a más de 1km y el coche se queda en la banqueta, nada de atención del personal para bajar equipaje o ver si algo se ofrece…muy pobre servicio al cliente.
En la noche hay mucho ruido de las demás habitaciones, se traspasa el sonido al cuarto y no da oportunidad de dormir. No lo recomiendo, hay mejores opciones cerca por precios cercanos.

When I booked my room as a solo female traveler, I requested a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. I was given a room on the 1st floor. I asked for it to be changed and I was told to ask tomorrow. The safe was broken and the main light would not turn on. The towels are discolored from long period of use. At least the AC was working and they had some toiletries.

Me dieron una habitacion que ya estaba ocupada, tuve que volver a recepcion por cambio de habitacion, el cuarto estaba lleno de asquilines, y las camas no tienen mas que una sabana para taparse

Es un Hotel muy Cómodo, tranquilo, la atención del Recepcinista Aldair fue personalizada, puntual, respetuosa y excelente. Su trato con el cliente es de lo mejor. Así mismo las instalaciones son muy buenas, el único tema es que no tiene estacionamiento ni refrigerador pequeño en la habitación para las bebidas. Sin embargo recomiendo mucho el hospedaje en el hotel Nina y la atención de Aldair.
