Excellent location, very quiet and safe area, little variety and quality in breakfast, but in general, according to the price everything was fine

It was my second time on this Hotel, the room allocated 1319 the AC was not working, Safe was not working, Minibar not working, on arrival the room was full a black long hairs all over, I came to reception for a room move the receptionist said, it was not possible as they were having a government event therefore the hotel was sold out. The AC was not fixed, HSK went to the room an cleaned. The bath glass was not cleaned for long time, As I paid for full board, on my second day , I wanted to have lunch, what a joke, no one knew about where the lunch was served, I was sent from the buffet to the Pool, from there to the Italian, and back to square one, ended not eating. There were a leak from the corridor to the room. I will never ever returned to this hotel. As the pictures on the website are not what you get.

Comfortable hotel not too far from the center

Excellent place, the rooms are very clean and the view of the ocean is spectacular, it has a large normal pool and a wonderful natural pool, the buffet breakfast is as indicated and good, the bar is very good and a quiet place… in short, a very good and super quiet hotel, for enjoy the stay.

So-so, it’s a pretty rough place in Cuba.

There was an older lady at the front desk who was very poor in front desk service. When customers asked questions, she liked to ignore them. Consult about WiFi problems, and do not give solutions. When the customer says whether they can buy it, they can answer that they can buy it. But when customers pay to buy, they say they can't buy it and need to wait. During the later period when customers repeatedly asked whether WiFi could be purchased, taking advantage of the language barrier, they fooled customers to ask for tips. And there is no WiFi available in the room, only in the lobby. WiFi is charged by the hour. No hot water in the room, unable to take a hot shower.

The hotel is not badly located, but the facilities are too old, the beds are not quite comfortable either
