The hotel was good, not super clean and without amenities but great location. Extra charge for breakfast was super expensive

The room is big and the service is very good.

Very clean and good service. The view from the room was also very beautiful. It's about 10 minutes from the station, so it's very convenient when using trains and buses.

Check in平均每人辦理時長十五分鐘，且只有一個櫃枱有人辦理。看點評説會分到電梯旁邊的房間，結果真的是電梯旁邊的房間，第一次上樓卡片還不能用，下樓更換房型，重新辦理卡片，又等了十幾分鍾。總結：效率慢，房間小，尤其是門也很小，一樓大廳廁所還需要刷卡進入顯得很mean.

酒店所處波茨坦市中心，周邊環境很好，靠近湖邊，適合晚上散步閑逛 房間內部乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情好客，早餐很豐盛

早餐好吃，服務人員態度不錯。驚喜的是房間內有一個很大的陽台，視野很好，可惜商務出差，沒有用到。總之是值得推薦的。

位置很好，就在無憂宮對面，出差酒店，很小，床也不好，行李箱一進去就沒位置了，設施也一般，比較老了，但是酒店不便宜，搞不明白這麼貴，服務員有點傻，酒店停車位不讓進，還要跑前台去報備，不好説話 但是早餐很好 設施比較舊了

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, angenehmer Service, zentrale Lage, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Wir kommen wieder.

乾淨整潔 位置容易找

On the face of it, the hotel looks nice but it's showing it's age with a tired look. Check in was quick and room was nicely sized but the safe didn't work and the reception was not very keen to help. I asked if I costore my valuables in the office safe but it took a bit of persuasion before they would let me. Room had great air conditioning and was quiet. Breakfast was god with plenty of choice.

Avoid this hotel, the staff at the reception desk is extremely unfriendly not to say rude, and totally unwelcoming to foreign guests. This is an old communist style building, however, well located in downtown Potsdam and with a good breakfast buffet.

Have spending 10+ nights over 3 stays at The Mercure Hotel Potsdam City, I have to say it's a quaint hotel. It seems to be particularly liked by German retirees, the breakfast area is routinely full. The hotel is clean, reliable, the parking area is not sized properly, parking is not guaranteed and it does get hectic at times. The Customer Service tries their best, I had to tell couple of times for the check-in staff not to scream out loud my hotel room number (for safety purposes). I know they mean well. I was always recognized as a top-tier customer!
