Stayed for 6 Nights, had a family wedding to attend. Brilliant location, very clean, easy to use. Will definitely be returning absolutely loved it, should be 5 stars as you don’t need to eat there as right next to the square with so much choice. Highly recommend!

You won’t be disappointed this residents is perfect, all new and so clean and modern, right in Central. We walk everywhere, bars and restaurants all around left and right. Old market Square also a short walk, yes it’s still under construction and fenced off, you can still sit at all the restaurants inside and out if you don’t mind a bit of dirt and narrow pathways beside the fences. Don’t let this put you off it’s still an amazing site.

I highly recommend organizing an event at this hotel. Everything at the highest level. The manager prepared the party in accordance with all the guidelines (in other hotels they tried to force their visions without listening to what I expect from them). A menu tailored to my needs. Delicious food, likeable chef. Service during the reception at the highest level. The whole crew smiling and trying very hard to make the meeting successful. Thank you very much for a very nice and tasty evening.

If been staying at Andersia several times for Business trips but it's time to look for alternatives. Reasons: 1. The ”Hotel & Spa” is only a Hotel now. The Spa has been closed for almost a year by now. First I thought for renovation but it just seems closed to save cost. 2. Breakfast: I mean the quality of the food has really gone down and is now not even worth the money anymore. 3. Rooms: I think they weren't invested in for a long time and are just getting outdated. 4. Staff: Hit and miss with friendliness. Sometimes really friendly, sometimes they just seem annoyed by customers. Overall the prices are now just too high for what you get. The biggest plus is the location, but really time to look for alternatives.

Novotel Poznan Centrum exceeded my expectations with its immaculate rooms, friendly staff especiallity miss Malwina from reception, and prime location. The minimalist design creates a serene ambiance, perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

The location is good, quiet, the space in the room is wide and clean, any friends are looking for accommodation, I recommend it, close to the city center, convenient to go anywhere, clean, clean ears, clean eyes, in conclusion, very satisfied.

Location is about 15mins easy walk from Poznan Glowny. The hotel is close to a major shopping centre (and thus eateries), the Stary Browar. Reception was welcoming, helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable about their city. Clean room and toilet, well planned to make maximum use of space. The window opened to let in fresh air and sunlight. The kitchen area was wonderful - very clean and white, with green potted plants (albeit plastic) all around. It had a toaster and microwave.The adjoining terrace area provided fresh air and sunlight. On entry, I noted a slight musty (?) smell but it soon disappeared. I rated the hotel value-for-money, 10/10

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights/6 days while on a business trip in Poznan, Poland. This is an aesthetically beautiful hotel. The hotel staff doesn’t speak much, perhaps because I am an English speaker, but they do smile back at you. The hotel looks and smells clean. The room is a good size. My room had 2 twin sized beds. I had never encountered twin sized beds in a hotel before; I typically have between full size to king size beds in my hotel room so this was different. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast in the mornings, and there is a restaurant and cafe in the hotel also. If traveling from another country to Poland to stay at this hotel, be sure to confirm if you need to get a separate AC Adapter. This hotel does not offer loaner AC Adapters. I had to find a store that sold the type of adapter that I needed. There are no toiletries other than hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. There are no toothpaste or toothbrush, etc. available. There is no ironing board or iron in the room. There are also no washcloths available. Note that there is a safe and a refrigerator in the room. The refrigerator does not get very cold at all. I actually thought it was not working and called the receptionist to have it looked at. The maintenance person came to check it and informed that the refrigerator is intended to cool drinks only and is not intended to hold for example, leftover food, etc. for more than 24 hours. This was a huge disappointment as I had a take out container of food that I was trying to save for the next day. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was peaceful and although small, the bed was very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast.

I was really pleasantly surprised with the Moderno. Quietly professional and relaxing. Very good rooms and staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Nicely decorated and good rooms and beds giving a great nights sleep. The breakfast was excellent and the two meals I had in the restaurant were great with one of the best steaks I have had. I’d like to think that I will be back!

I have stopped here several times in recent years, the hotel is easily accessible with a linear car park in front of the entrance, a restaurant above the average of the restaurants available in hotels of this category, the breakfast offers good quality products, the staff is prepared and normally kind. Don't forget the Sauna service which you can reserve for 1 hour for free. The hotel is in a peripheral area but for those traveling by car and looking above all for service and tranquility this is a good solution. Tony
