I don’t really leave reviews for hotel, but this experience was really not good.
Only one staff at reception, she’s really taking her time doing checkin although people were in line waiting. Each check in took her like 10-15mins. She put us in room 315, which was the worst hotel room we ever experienced!
The room is right behind the elevator, we could barely sleep at all as the elevator runs, very loud right behind your head though we put earplugs on. And there is a LED light shine into your room, with the light sheer curtain they have, our room is like put light on all night. Do not let them get you checkin room 315!
We request to change a room, they put us in 136, it’s quite but toilet won’t flush properly! You have to manually turn on the water to flush or the water in the toilet will run nonstop!
All the rooms have a sheer curtain, basically won’t block any light, the room will be bright light since 5-6am. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to the light in room, you either wear an eye cover or just don’t go to this hotel.
