Lovely clean hostel in a great location as within a few minutes walk of metro station and ten minutes away from Prague main train station. Old Town can be reached within a ten minute walk or via numerous transport options by the hostel. Area appeared safe with numerous fast food restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms very modern and private.

Great hotel in a lovely quiet area, 15 minutes to the old town/bridge by tram. Had a room on the 4th floor which was clean and light, beds comfortable and fantastic shower. Check in at reception was easy and they were helpful in giving you all the info you need for your stay. They will also help with any trips or sightseeing. Our room was cleaned every day but if this doesn't happen, just ask at reception. Great continental breakfast with good choice of rolls, cheeses, hams, eggs, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, pastries etc. and plenty of coffee. The public transport system is subsidized by the Czech government so over 65s are free and 60-65s tram/bus tickets are half the price. Their bus/tram system is brilliant and the best way to see Prague so using Google Maps (which is a godsend) you can go to all the sights by tram/bus. I bought 3 day tickets from the yellow machines at the airport and each day you use one, just validate it at the tram/bus stop or on the tram/bus and it stamps it for 24 hours use, just keep your passport with you to confirm your age (we never saw any inspectors). As I'm 60 it cost me 180 Czech krona (£6.50) for 3 days travel. We also used public transport from and to the airport and although it took 50 minutes, it saved us a fortune (taxis can be anything between £30-£40.00). The tram stop is round the corner at the bottom of the hill from the hotel. We could leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so we went to the lovely park across the road for a couple of hours. If you want a lovely meal and great beer, we found a little gem called the Beer Spot which is 6 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a lovely shopping mall about 5 minutes walk Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre, which has all the brands you could want and a Tescos. Would definitely use this hotel for Prague again.

On arrival . Quick check in . Staff polite . Hotel in a fantastic location, within easy reach of town centre . Room had everything you need & was very comfortable. House maids came everyday . Doing fantastic job tidying the room up . Plenty tea & coffee left ever day . You name it . You could have it for breakfast Ample supply of cereal. Cold meats .danish pasty . Cook breakfast etc . Lovely courtyard to sit in for breakfast. Mid lunch or evening meal . Small gym for those that want to keep fit . Sauna available 24/7 just ask front desk to switch on . Showers to use before / after sauna . Plenty towels to take in to sauna & sit on . Whole area keep spotless clean . All staff friendly & helpful. Young lad ( with Center parting hair ) Alllways there to help & serve . Reception or in restaurant in morning/ lunch time . Eat in hotel couple of evenings. Food was good & hot . Reasonable price . Will definitely be going back to prague/ this hotel Was a great break Thank you

I looked at the picture of the deluxe double at this hotel and thought this would be a lovely place to stay with a view to match. Sometimes the hotel photos does not always match reality. This is not the case. We walked into the room and went wow! The room was exactly as pictured and the view from our room was stunning! Sunsets over the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, who could ask for more? In addition, the concierges were extremely helpful. They provided detailed information on how to take transit and where, also optional sites to visit. The breakfasts were excellent and even had optional hot items to choose from. Loved our stay there!!!!

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is very old world. I liked the charm of the antique furnishings. The bathroom was modern with marble throughout. The breakfast buffet was impressive. I could not eat all of the offerings, but tried my best. The location of the hotel was central for everything and we walked to all the attractions.

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service

This just few steps from the whole attractions of the beautiful Prague old city, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, everything is within a minute or two walking distance, undisputable location. Rooms are specious and comfy, bathrooms are also wide and big, AC works properly.. Rest of hotel services are typical excellent standard of Marriott. Breakfast is rich with plenty of varieties, however, there are NO big dinning options at the hotel despite of its big size, yet this is not a big deal cause the moment you step out of the hotel front door, nice restaurants are loaded everywhere. Bit expensive but will book it again if in Prague.

The hotel is very remote, close to the river, Prague is a stone road, pulling the suitcase to find the hotel is more difficult, because the customer recommended this hotel, the room is very small, the twin room has almost no space to put the box, the mineral water actually asks for money.

I traveled alone to Prague, and booked a golden well two days before and after the birthday; this hotel is awesome! I also lived in A***. The service level of this hotel is no different from A***; as they say, treat their guests like kings.... When checking in, there was a welcome juice. The receptionist was very enthusiastic to help me draw a recommended route on the map; the uniforms worn by the reception staff were very classical and refined; Room11 is a 24-hour public service room with internet access and free coffee; the paintings on the wall are also great! I lived in Room14, and when I opened the window, I could see the famous green dome and red-top building; I could hear the bell ringing on the church; wifi was very fast; The bathroom is made of Molton Brown toiletries, an old-fashioned service provider for the British royal family; the bath and toilet are Duravit, the toilet and the toilet, the smart flush is very good; The hotel's restaurant has one of the best views of Prague, but it's very difficult to book, so make a reservation in advance, while enjoying the food while overlooking the entire Old Town of Prague, listening to music is really super enjoyable; but the price is also in line with the top restaurants in Prague; My birthday afternoon hotel prepared a birthday cake for me, it was really a surprise, the cake tastes great!
